I had my wedding here on 10.31.2025, and it was absolutely incredible. The venue itself is gorgeous, and the food was delicious. But most importantly, Kaitlyn and Maria were fantastic to work with. I am very much a type B personality, so planning a wedding was way out of my comfort zone, but they both were so helpful and were always prompt to answer my millions of random questions. I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out, it was truly my dream wedding!

Our daughters wedding reception at the John Marshall Ballrooms couldn't have been more perfect. The setting is beautiful and guests raved about the food prepared by their caterer. A lot of the extras other venues normally charge for are included in their price, eliminating the need to coordinate with a multitude of vendors. Staff were great to work with as well.

Incredible venue with extremely friendly and respectful staff that want you to have the best event ever.
My fiancé and I decided to get married at the John Marshall as I was living there when we first met. We met with Maria and Kaitlyn and immediately were impressed with their professionalism and how much they wanted us to have the best day ever, something we didn’t get from a lot of other venues we looked at. They worked with us to perfect every detail, and were fully invested in our event. Some unfortunate circumstances caused Maria and Kaitlyn to be absent from our wedding, but they found someone to stand in for them, who was fantastic as well. I cannot recommend this venue enough, the food is simply incredible too and we had the most magical wedding.

I can't give the John Marshall Ballrooms enough stars! It was a beautiful venue for our daughter's wedding reception. It could not possibly be easier to host a reception anywhere else. Onsite catering with linens and china provided makes things super easy. The venue itself is beautiful, so not much added decor is needed for a very classy presentation. Guests really enjoyed the food and the elegance. But the very best part is the STAFF! Maria is stellar at her job. From the very initial consult to the petal exit, she was extremely helpful! Questions were answered quickly, and she had plenty of helpful suggestions to make the reception go well. She acts genuinely excited to be hosting your event, and she always makes you feel she has all the time in the world to assist you. Kaitlyn is also an excellent, friendly addition to the team. The day of the event, Marvin and Anthony could not have been more wonderful! They made us feel they could accommodate whatever we wanted and didn't even complain when they had to sweep up tons of flower petals at the end. You cannot find a better event team anywhere! I would highly recommend investigating the John Marshall Ballrooms for your next event.
