Highly recommend the brunch! The tacos were fantastics, as were the breakfast burritos my friends got. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a great touch also. I have yet to come for the regular menu, but if you want a great brunch Saturday only 10-2 put this place on your list!!

Can't say better things about this place. Their Vegan Birria and Vegan Al Pastor tacos were an absolute 10/10. The fresh corn tortillas are a must get and the service was phenomenal. It is a family operation and the food is definitely made with love. Was my first time here but definitely not the last!
Update: Keep coming here and can’t love this place more! Highly recommend always

This place is a treasure! Family run restaurant & they treat all their customers like relatives with warmth, smiles, & connection. The food & drinks are outstanding in flavor, freshness, & integrity. Their vegan menu is lengthy & diverse! My husband & I are obsessed. You must try Juan More Taco!!!!

Absolutely amazing vegan Mexican! We got the vegan nachos and the vegan tacodillas (one of each). Both were some of the best vegan Mexican we have ever had! Great happy hour beers! Great service, super friendly staff! Cute restaurant. Can't wait to come back again for dinner...and for brunch!

Loved the food!! Great seasoning and everything came out piping hot!! Birria was amazing, loved the different take on the sauce...a bit of a mole. Service was amazing for really only having three people. The owner was very sweet too, talked for a bit even! They also have vegan options, in fact think most everything can come vegan.

Excellent vegan and vegetarian options for those who want meat-like substitutes. Salsas are on point.

This place is AMAZING! By far the best food of this kind around. But it gets better. We are vegan and it’s tough to find new flavors and meals. JMTRVA has a vegan version of everything on the menu and if you are not vegan and try it you would never know. So far we have been here twice in three days since discovering it and we will be back very soon. Maria’s cooking is just insane. Everything she creates is phenomenal. Family owned and operated and they quickly make you feel like family too (but they don’t put you to work). I’d you live in RVA or are just visiting , you MUST stop here to eat (and you will be back).

Visited this restaurant for a birthday brunch. The party was rather large. Moe our waiter was great. He was very accommodating for our party size. The food was well seasoned. There were many options for vegetarians and vegans. There was also a full menu of non alcoholic beverages weaved that still had cute names. The restaurant was nicely decorated and for the theme. It was very clean and she bathroom was well
Stocked. I can’t wait to go back and try the breakfast burrito. I had the breakfast taco it was great!

Fantastic and attentive service. The place is busy, the kitchen is small, but everyone on staff made it a great experience. Superb tortillas and the corn cake dish was out of this world. Can't wait to come back.

The only reason they got four instead of five stars is because they got a dinner rush and service fell off. Dip trio was excellent: fresh and vibrant. Two entrees: birria tacos and corn cakes topped with vegan beef were both delicious. Layers of flavor. Handmade cakes and tortillas. New best Mex place in my book.
Vegetarian options: Incredible vegan menu.

When traveling, I love to find restaurants not part of the big franchises—those local restaurants nestled in a city's different communities. I was visiting my niece and nephew, and they found the perfect spot while I was visiting Richmond. Juan More Taco did not disappoint my expectations. It was a great experience. The food and service were terrific, and the prices were reasonable. There were so many options to try, along with vegetarian selections. Features like homemade limeade, salsas, and corn tortillas were made fresh. The highlight of my experience was when the owner came out to sit down and talk with us and tell us the origin of the restaurant idea and how it all started. She was such a delight. I look forward to visiting again when I return to Richmond.

This spot has something for everyone. We went specifically for their plant based options, all very clearly labeled. The staff we interacted with were very kind and knew the menu well with any questions we asked. The atmosphere is chill and the decor is so cute. Now to the good stuff: We started with passion fruit agua frescas which were fruity, sweet, and refreshing. We got the V nachos with V asada and not only was it a generous portion, they were phenomenal. **THE V QUESO!!!** We would have licked the plate if not in public. Our entrees were the taco trio, your choice of V birria, V el pastor, or V asada (can do 1 of each, all the same way- whatever you want). Do yourself a favor, get them with the fresh corn tortillas. What.A.Treat. All three phenomenal with different textures and tastes. Really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed eeeverything we had here. Can’t wait to go back to try other items off the menu.
In conclusion: run don’t walk, to Juan More Taco.
**additional photos from visit number two a week later, we were craving it!**
Vegetarian options: There is a completely separate menu for their vegan versions of the menu. Appetizer menu contains a mix of vegan and nonvegan items, but all clearly labeled.

Absolutely horrible service, was ignored for 30 min/ took an hour to get food. No refills, no clearing of plates just flat out ignored. Thank god there was a QR code to pay once I finally got someone’s attention and asked for a check. Will never EVER be back.
