El evento del Igloo en Valentine fue horrible. El igloo estaba helado no se pudo disfrutar de la comida , nunca nos dieron la botella gratis de champaña, y los $50 de reservación no van hacia el bill final , son para el uso de comer afuera helado . NUNCA MÁS ! NO LO RECOMIENDO. NOT WORTHY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, FRAUD .
When you post pricing on signage that you've taken the time to print out for your event, you should know that people will expect to pay that posted price. Unfortunate. Can't recommend people to a business that can't stand by what they post.
Highly disappointed in my experience here tonight period. Never have I ever heard of a Mexican restaurant charging for chips and salsa which was $5. What makes this even better is they had advertising on their tvs, free chips and salsa with any entree purchase. When confronting the waiter on this, he stated its for togo orders only........ uhhh what?!?!?! They also added a 20% gratuity without our knowledge and it was only a 2 person table on top of that.
