This place it’s simple amazing, in my opinion is the best place in Richmond for latin dance Friday and Saturday night, elegant and with great vibes, respectful people, great food and delicious drinks. It's is a must go place to in Richmond.

My experience was non existent. I waited outside for 30 minutes or more. While, others were let in before me, even though some of them were behind me in lane. The favoritism and selectiveness of this establishment is absolutely ridiculous and unjust. This casts a dark shadow on Juan's. If this is the way business is conducted, I don't see a bright future for this place.

This place was a bit disappointing. The food was terrible. My friend order nachos that looked like tuna salad.The roof top was not a normal rooftop atmosphere. The music was very loud trap music. The service was horrible. The server did not write down our order, came back to ask about what was ordered, and still brought the wrong drinks! We had a party of 3 and they chargered an automatic 20% gratuity as a service charge. The server was more interested in talking to his friends at the bar than providing services. I will not go back !

I stopped in for 1 drink, my modelo was $6 on the menu, rang up $9.34, bartender asks me for tip. I say how the hell is my $6 modelo $9.34? he says that's tax & tip included. $3.34 on a $6 beer is A LOT of tax & tip! Carefully inspect your bill at this place!

A True Gem Behind the Bar!
Katherine at Juan’s is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does she make fantastic drinks—perfectly balanced, creative, and delicious—but she also brings such a warm, welcoming energy to the bar.
She remembers regulars’ names and favorite orders, and she’s always happy to suggest something new if you’re feeling adventurous. Even when it’s busy, Katherine stays calm, friendly, and efficient, making sure everyone feels taken care of.
Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine love for her job shine through every time I’m there. Juan’s is lucky to have her, and so are we as customers. Highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar and letting Katherine take care of you—you won’t be disappointed!
