The food is always great so that’s never the problem. It’s the service! A few times I’ve been here and the server has an attitude. Last time I was here the server caught an attitude with my friend for asking for a refill. He then proceeded to get upset with the guest across from me when they said “me too”. Lol I didn’t think it was that serious, but apparently a small request like that isn’t allowed! After the last experience, I decided to only get take out from here, but the last three times I tried to get to take out they don’t offer it… I walked in today to place the order, and was told I had to dine in, and couldn’t sit at the bar either because they only serve drinks at the bar? I just don’t need to come back at this point. Good luck to any future patrons!

First time having a bad experience here. I've been coming here since they opened this location. Just dined here last week, but today I was told by a waitress who spoke to the manager & stated I could not order just a side of rice for my 10 & 12 yo. I had the option to spend $16 on a vegetarian meal or $16 on a kids meal. My kids don't really care for the veggies & the chicken was not good today. I ordered two orders of sushi rolls, plus an adult meal & 3 sweet teas. The total of the check added up prior to adding two kids meals that my children didn't even eat. I questioned if it was new that I couldn't order rice as a side & I was told maybe the previous order waiters haven't caught it before...? Besides that the food was not great which was disappointing because I brought my daughter here for her birthday. Our waitress disappeared after salad & soup came & never returned to our table. A different waitress came to refill cups for everyone when check was being passed out. This is not our usual experience here, but paying over $100 for myself & two kids who didn't eat their food because we were forced to order it really put me off.

This place was professional, fun, and friendly from the top down. We made a reservation for 10 people including two toddlers. From the moment you sit down you are greeted and asked for drinks, which came out promptly. From there, you immediately get soup, then salad, and if you're ready to order, your chef will be out in 10 minutes or less. They were so nice to our kids and they were mesmerized by the cooking, and the food tasted incredible. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left, they got 10 people fed in about an hour and 15 minutes. We loved everything about our experience and would recommend it to anyone.Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming for kids, and the kids loved watching them cook the food. Lots of interactions from the chef to kids, but of course this could vary with the chef.

1st time trying this place in 5 years and probably won't go back o back. Food was ehh, had chicken & scallops. Scallops were so so and chicken was over cooked with not much flavor. Rice and soup was very salty. No mushrooms with vegetables which was very disappointing. Chef never threw us food but we saw other tables getting that treatment and didn't really put on a show for us like other chefs we saw at other tables. Kabuto on Broad St food was much better imo

It was a unique experience. The filet mignon and lobster was delish. The liquor was weak and I drink jack Daniels?Vegetarian options: They serve an all veggie dish.Dietary restrictions: They are sensitive to food allergies. I like that they ask.Parking: This place is high traffic and hella busy so finding close parking was obsolete.Kid-friendliness: I do not recommend for children on the spectrum or sensory sensitive. There was a lot of noise and gong banging. The chefs are entertainers as well. It reminds of lunchtime in elementary when we use to beat on the table making beats lol.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible but going during busy hours may not be the best experience. This place is popular for large crowds. When we arrived, there were ppl everywhere.

My family ate here for my daughter’s birthday this week. We had an issue that I addressed with the manager, Tony, the next day. Tony was phenomenal to work with, stayed in constant communication with me, he was very professional, and truly showed he values his customers and their experience! We have eaten here many times before and never had an issue so I know this was out of the norm for them so wanted to bring it to their attention.
