I haven't even finished my food yet and had to leave a review about KD's Kitchen. This place is right down the road and we stumbled upon it one day and I'm so glad we gave it a try, we'll definitely be back! We got pick up and ordered two orders of wings, Buffalo and spicy garlic Parmesan, both were out of this world. The pasta salad is perfect and the fries are seasoned well. There was an unexpected wait on our food, but the staff was nice to chat with while waiting and it was so worth it. Thanks for a great meal! đ

My first time here was today! I had hot honey wings (all flats), seafood salad & greens. the wings were & seafood salad were greaaaat! the greens.. not so much, could use more seasoning i didnât like them at all & i love greens! the staff was very friendly but definitely should hire more people to avoid a line & waiting for someone to get to the front. sorry i didnât get any pics! i couldnât wait to eat!!

So look, this was my first time eating at this place and me and my girlfriend were starving needing some seafood/soul food vibes. We came in at about 12 noon and when I tell you the food was so good it had us reflecting on our childhood, laughing, and just made our whole day better. The âZay Specialâ is a must. We had the mac and cheese, salmon bites, sweet potatoes, Philly smash burger, and seafood salad. It was so good I canât fully explain. I suggest eating in the restaurant because the service was incredible, genuine, and comfortable. If youâre wondering why none of what I just described us eating is in the picture attached is because we had to spin the block again and get another order for dinner. It was just as good if not better. So we will be coming here regularly and I pray more of you all out here go too. 10/10 experience all around.

Just received my DoorDash order. I have the Smashburger Philly style and collard greens, even though they were out of collard greens. I had the cabbage which was fine and everything was fantastic. Thumbs up.

Ordered through door dash from my office. The salmon bites came with no sauce, Dry and were very salty didnât get 2 orders of Mac and cheese which the one order we got was nothing to talk about. Contacted the restaurant and the lady on the phone was very aggressive and rude. Yes I know DoorDash will handle things but just to let them know so they could improve. Never again and I work at a state office we was really trying to test them out to purchase a big order for our office parties.
I had my food delivered to my home by Door Dash. I ordered the Regular Size Chicken wings and fries and the seafood salad. I did receive 4 wings and fries not 6 or 7 wings as pictured on Door Dash and on KD's Kitchens website. I would like to get the same amount of wings as pictured. If you advertise 6-7 wigs for the price, I expect 6-7 wings when I receive my order. KD consider making this update. Thank you

Im very happy I found this place late one night, decided to take a chance and wow was i surprised. My first order consisted of the wingettes and mac and cheese and I finished it before I got home it was that good. It honestly was so good I called them immediately after my first visit and told them how great this food is!
The chicken in particular is ALWAYS seasoned both the meat and breading which is not often when it comes to restraunts, its as if it came from home please dont ever change this. The mac and cheese is great also.
The smashburgers are so good and the hint of onion in it just takes it over the top.
The fries are also very seasoned and good!
I also ordered their kool aid and it brings back memories of childhood it was so good!
They also stay open late on F/Sa and thats amazing since getting this type of food so late is not common in Richmond. I really love this place and will continue to go. I have told all of my coworkers about it and we are all fans! About to place an order for lunch right after I submit this review. Please give them a chance you will not regret it!
For those saying you cant find the restraunt its exactly where it says it is but you need to look at the numbers on the door and you will see its where it says it is. Pleas disregard that.
