I like the area / location of the apartment but I wasn’t so happy with the bike parking lot. There are only 3 short bike racks for 20-25 bikes and there are no where to put my bike and I know some people have to leave their bikes unattended on the grass or lean on the wall. I call to ask if we could have more but the manager say the owner doesn’t want to add more. I really hope they can fix up on that because bringing an E-bike up and down the small elevator everyday isn’t...
Perks: rooftop, location, great updated gym, nice sized apartments, Beth is quick with communicating back, maintenance staff and residents Ray and Kevin are super friendlyCons( mostly at fault to PMC not staff mentioned above): ac and heat have been periodically going out with no fix in sight because it’s an older building, elevator has been broken for a while now due to a part out of stockDespite these two problems they have decided to renovate the lobby which isn’t used...
