Have had a great experience with Kensington Court apartment complex which started with responsive and consistent communication with leasing staff. We were searching a few addresses for months in the Museum district area in preparation for a move (we never even heard back from a neighboring property) and immediately fell in love with the up to date apartments, trash shoot, clean and clear hallways, the rooftop patio and multiple options of laundry and windows facing various directions...
I have been living at Kensington Court for over a year now.
It has been a very enjoyable and favorable living experience!
The building has much character and style. And it appears the old, thick walls keep the noise level to a minimum, which is great.
The apartments are updated and very nice.

I like the area / location of the apartment but I wasn’t so happy with the bike parking lot. There are only 3 short bike racks for 20-25 bikes and there are no where to put my bike and I know some people have to leave their bikes unattended on the grass or lean on the wall. I call to ask if we could have more but the manager say the owner doesn’t want to add more. I really hope they can fix up on that because bringing an E-bike up and down the small elevator everyday isn’t...
