Pretty bad service, but then again, Southside Plaza isn’t a place you go to for customer service. Did a GrunHub order that they admitted they gave our food to the wrong people to deliver and cancelled the order instead of actually fixing their mistake. Do better.

October 19th, 2024 ( 12:50 pm ) I arrived at the drive-thru. Order a 4 piece original , I requested dark meat. Cole slaw, large Dr. pepper. As I drive to the window, the young man at the window asks again what I ordered. I give him the order again. He was pleasant, but I can tell a didn't care actitud. Now, the drive-thru lady was outside and was outside smoking weed. The chicken was incorrect. Not all was dark meat as requested. Three pieces were extra crispy. The Coleslaw...well, more dressing than coleslaw , look like soup and missing an ingredient. I was a General Manager and restaurant manager. That's not the way to maintain a business. Next time I will posted on you tube... let's see if the store can get it together.
