Pretty bad service, but then again, Southside Plaza isn’t a place you go to for customer service. Did a GrunHub order that they admitted they gave our food to the wrong people to deliver and cancelled the order instead of actually fixing their mistake. Do better.

October 19th, 2024 ( 12:50 pm ) I arrived at the drive-thru. Order a 4 piece original , I requested dark meat. Cole slaw, large Dr. pepper. As I drive to the window, the young man at the window asks again what I ordered. I give him the order again. He was pleasant, but I can tell a didn't care actitud. Now, the drive-thru lady was outside and was outside smoking weed. The chicken was incorrect. Not all was dark meat as requested. Three pieces were extra crispy. The Coleslaw...well, more dressing than coleslaw , look like soup and missing an ingredient. I was a General Manager and restaurant manager. That's not the way to maintain a business. Next time I will posted on you tube... let's see if the store can get it together.

I am all about 2nd chances and this is the only KFC near me. 1st order was via Door dash (coupon) a month or 2 ago and was placed around 7pm. The delivery was awesome, the food...not souch! Wrong order, greasy and undercooked. 2nd order (1:30pm) again failed. Not extra crispy, more old grease taste and overcooked outside, thin layer of crisp, and once I inspected closer, it was undercooked. ⭐Cole Slaw is always consistently good⭐ Ya know when ya got that craving for crispy juicy fried chicken, well, find another location (Belt Blvd sucks anytime of day). Sadly it's the closest to me. So, they are no longer an option. My local Chinese go-to makes better fried chicken!!
KFC is not like it use to be.the biscuits too small,the chicken don't taste the same . The coleslaw be to watery.and potpie hardly have meat.the one on eastbelt in Richmond the worse.i throw up after .I ate it immediately

I did a door dash order from this location. It was supposed to be 6 pieces of chicken. I only received 4. I was also missing the fries. The corn was dry. I reported it to door dash and I called the location to let them know about the missing food and for them to maybe take their time making the orders. The woman that answered the phone… laughed loudly and hang up the phone. I called back, instead of answering they let the phone ring and when they tired of the ringing they picked it up and left the line open. The dasher also mentioned that they were rude to him and it was very bad service.

Don’t expect good service, they have no idea how to run a drive through. You are asked to pay and then just pull around to the front of the building and park and wait. Well I waited about 8 minutes and then thought, did I just get scammed and they took my money but didn’t give me food. So I went in and then had to wait another 5 minutes to be acknowledged since they were “busy” and then they just gave me my bag of food and that was all. Not a great experience.
