To the district manager who’s in charge of this location,either get the people who work here to take their job seriously or shut down this location because basically they talk to each other too much while not working.i had an online order to pick up at 9:30pm and didn’t get the order until 10pm.all the while having their children in their place of work when they should have a babysitter

The food was okay, but the service was not what it could have been more lip than assistance i was told to make some more food.It would take around twenty minutes, but I ended up sitting there for about forty to fifty minutes for an 8 piece.
When they don't have something they start expressing that to you in a not so nice way they don't seem to understand how to communicate with customers. But that is what it is.If you want, you can go ahead.Otherwise you can find it somewhere else

This KFC is not worth trying. KFC worker(black and shirt fro) did not smile or greet me when I came through the door. The shift manager(short black with sides cut) is very hard to deal with as in rude, attitude is nasty, & no customer service at all. She tried to be nice at the end after giving me my food.

was being called a immigrant twice by a manager took my order rudely and said “ im the manager so im not at register so i cant take orders” like? and gave me attitude while taking my order and bucked her head out twice

Some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. Went through the drive-through and they told me to pull to the side and they bring out my food. 15 minutes later nobody’s come out nobody has an update and when I asked for a refund that apparently needed to take another 15 minutes. This location needs to be shut down or at least get a whole new staff because that was crazy.
