All I have to say is I’m unsure why my door dash driver had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food for it to come to us old, dry, and hard. I’m usually not one to sit here and take the time to do a review, but this has to stop being the norm. We ordered from the KFC app, which only gave the option to get delivery from either E Belt, or this location. Our dasher was made to wait for our food thinking they were waiting on fresh chicken for us to receive not only old chicken, but not even the pieces my husband had requested. My chicken strips were hard and visibly could tell were old as well. It’s sad that even if I were to go in myself and order through the drive thru this would be the same outcome.
Got chicken at this location for my mother and it looked to be almost burnt, as if it had been redropped into old grease. Attempted to call the store to address this and whomever answered, hung up in her face. Will not be going to this location again.

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before my order was taken, no one was inside at the counter. I was at the order box waiting for the girl take my order, so I left. Very bad customer service and management

Chicken was dry as if was sitting under a heat lamp or in an oven too long. Very unsatisfied.
I came through the drive thru tonight at 9:30 pm on a Friday night and they said they weren't making anymore chicken when they close at 11:30pm and there was no customers with no line. I called the store back to see if maybe they were out of the chicken and they unplugged or turned the phone off the line even though I see no one in drive thru and the inside is closed at the store. I heard people laughing on the speaker too. I don't know what's up with that... 3/22/24

Just awful all around from the old grease to the sticky floor. Mirror in the bathroom was dirty and the soda machine has mold growing. Take your money to Popeyes or Burger King.
