Whoever was working the drive thru just now needs speech therapy and a lesson in customer service. The entire staff needs a lesson. All you hear is a bunch of loud talking and they weren't talking about orders. Cashier was on her phone. I just went for a pot pie and it was cold in the middle. That's a 1st for me. This location needs an entire new staff and management. And it was only 2 cars in front of me and it took over 20 minutes.

They weren’t able to accept any more drive thru orders when I came by, but I was welcomed inside to place an order. I told them I had a mobile order already placed & they generously offered to bring my food out to my car! Everything down to the dipping sauce was correct + silverware + napkins. Great trip!

Customer service is very poor. Sometimes chicken is saturated with oil appears to be oil that needs to be changed.

All I have to say is I’m unsure why my door dash driver had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food for it to come to us old, dry, and hard. I’m usually not one to sit here and take the time to do a review, but this has to stop being the norm.
We ordered from the KFC app, which only gave the option to get delivery from either E Belt, or this location.
Our dasher was made to wait for our food thinking they were waiting on fresh chicken for us to receive not only old chicken, but not even the pieces my husband had requested. My chicken strips were hard and visibly could tell were old as well. It’s sad that even if I were to go in myself and order through the drive thru this would be the same outcome.

Got chicken at this location for my mother and it looked to be almost burnt, as if it had been redropped into old grease. Attempted to call the store to address this and whomever answered, hung up in her face. Will not be going to this location again.
