Do Not Stop Here! Most unfriendly staff we have ever experienced. We are on a road trip and my son has gotten sick several times. We are from NC on our way back from DC and didn’t know where we could stop. So we see this KFC and think well we can get a bucket to use in case it keeps going. My wife offered to buy the bucket and they wouldn’t even sell it to her. The lady said she wasn’t buying the fact that our kid was sick. Please do not stop here at this KFC. There were tons of people asking for money and doing drugs in the parking lot. Not a safe place. Would like for someone in manage to contact me. This place needs an overhaul!!

Tried the new tenders and probably the worst tenders I’ve ever had. Very tuff and almost seemed undercooked. The side of fries were basically wet noodles. Ordered through the drive through. Drive through lady was great at upselling.

(drive through) i had a coupon on the picture and it stated 3 large sides (that i can choose from) and the lady who took my order said “it already comes with the sides it comes with”.. i did not get to choose which ones i wanted like it said on the coupons AND I GET TWO OF THE SAME SIDES… it’s giving LAZY. we wanted the Korean barbecue sauce and she didn’t give me the price of it because she said it costed money to buy it… she was honestly rushing us throughout the whole service :/

Always check your food before pulling off because the cook never have extra crisp nor crisp chicken and they always claim there out of certain stuff because they don't want to freshly cook what you order
My experience was the worst I've ever had with any fast food restaurant. 8/19/24 I did an online order about 7pm got the at 7:25 and was told I had to wait 20 minutes with an attitude. As I waited an elderly woman pull beside me it took her a little time and a young lady locked the door just as she got to the door. The same young lady brought my food to the car with zero remorse for my inconvenience and a terrible attitude. I pulled up to the window to ask for names and and a corporate number and got nothing from the young man and or any manager in the store

This place never can serve you your food at the window, you always have to pull around to the parking lot and wait. There can be two cars at the drive thru and you still have to wait. Place needs a deep cleaning as well.
