There is a reason why this location is one of the two best locations in the greater Richmond area according to Google review scores. Not great scores, but good. The reason why is the team on this particular day worked together like a close-knit family...and even close-knit families argue and fuss with each other, lol, but they got the job done. My online/mobile order wasn't fully ready when I arrived, but they picked up the pace during the busy dinner rush and put it together...

I usually don’t share feedbacks unless it’s imperative . I’ve patronized several KFC’s I past 20 yrs ( Henrico east end, short pump….and now Azalea Ave). I would occasionally order the chicken pot pie perhaps once a year ( just wasn’t made right ). Until Azalea and Brook rd location. This is a very nice place to go and eat I took my boyfriend here the one lady that works there and the rest of her staff were wonderful and sweet kind people is a great place to go if you want good service and sweet people you're looking for a good KFC to go to go to this one they care about their customers
