I went to this location at 430pm by drive thru and was told they aren't taking orders. Smh, I'll give corporate a call about this.

I cannot walk. I went threw the drive threw becouse I am missing a leg. The car infront of me got served. I got to the speaker and the lady told me to come to the inside or no service. She was verry rude. I tried to explain and nothing. The car behind me got served. Verry poor and rude service. Will not be returning.

My husband has come there 2 times in the last month and was told they weren't taking orders at this time! This is unexceptable. I called manager last time and he assured me he would fix the problem, well apparently not. This place needs help

Went into order two famous bowls, one chicken meal and extra chicken sandwich with four biscuits, never received my mac & cheese for my meal. Had to ask for my biscuits after they weren’t in my bag got home and found out my famous bowls. Don’t have the popcorn chicken they have regular chicken nuggets. wouldn’t recommend

Always a good time here. Sometimes there can be a bit of a hangup when ordering on the app, but at least you know you're getting your food made fresh. Employees here were nice and my order was ready quickly.

The staff at this KFC were working very hard, it was vey busy. My mobile order said that it was ready, but when I got there, it was just being put together. There were others waiting for their food. My order was so large and difficult to even see if it was correct, I just took it home. Part of the main dish, which was 36 piece chicken nuggets, along with the 16 piece chicken and then chicken tenders, for a family celebration. The nuggets were left off, that was the main dish for the children. Very disappointed in that and that was a $20 Item. I got a discount since this was my first app order. Even though the staff worked hard, I will not be utilizing this facility when I am depending on the food for a large group.

Manager very nasty, chicken was soggy and bread was hard; Manager had don’t care attitude and obviously didnt wanna be there. Said she had better things to do than speak with us, didn’t resolve issue.

At 9 on the dot. They dont have any chicken just pot pies, tenders, and nuggets. No sides, no wedges! Either inventory is being done wrong or they just riding the clock for the next 3hrs. If yall closing time is wrong please fix it. It be more understandable if yall was about to close. It says 10am -12am now.

This Kentucky fried chicken on Williamsburg rd. Sucks Big-time!!!
The quality Sucks, the management Sucks, always out of chicken & drive through is closed!! Service is super slow.
They deserve 0 stars & need a complete new staffing.....👍 👍
You are better off going somewhere else and get your food. 👍 👍
