The chicken was old and tasted like it had been sitting for days—not the KFC I know. As an avid KFC customer, I’ve even visited the original restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky—Harland Sanders Café and Museum (688 U.S. Highway 25W, Corbin, KY). This location doesn't even come close to that standard. The recipe was not what I have come to enjoy when visiting many locations in the USA and abroad.
After landing at RIC, I stopped here to grab some KFC after a week in Hawaii (where I also had KFC). Unfortunately, this was a significant letdown. I hope KFC Corporate takes notice and conducts an unannounced visit. Trust me, something is off at this location.

RUN!! DO NOT WALK AWAY. They refused to refund me after advising that they did not have Crispy chicken, in addition to being very abrasive and aggressive to me as a customer. I was told to wait 15 mins for poorly cooked chicken. It has a burnt oil smell, meaning the oil was bad and that it needs to be changed. Oh and still didnt recieve CRISPY CHICKEN!DO NOT RECOMMEND UNACCEPTABLE!

I ordered food omw to the airport to avoid expensive airport food now this is money that could've went towards the airport food. This sandwich is not edible. Very disappointing
Giving wrong items went threw drive thru and had to wait about 30 minutes for the order. Drove all the way home had to drive back for refund. Clearly they were not trying to please anyone.
Parking: Spent about 30 minutes in the parking lot nicely and spacious and very cozy.
