I contacted corporate because their manager cursed me out yesterday on video. The customer service is nonexistent—I'd rather keep my money. KFC needs to hire people who reflect the company's values. I'm still waiting for a follow-up call before I share the video online.

I know it’s fast food so I know I shouldn’t expect much, but how is it some of my food was fresh, some of it was burnt, some of it was sitting for about 10 minutes and they forgot my biscuit which was the only thing i really wanted. The sweet tea tasted like it was a week old, and then they put it outside to warm it up for a few hours. The door says they lock the lobby at 12, but they actually locked it at about 830. The one kid that actually gave me my stuff was nice, but even then I only saw him for a total amount of 1 minute. Needless to say, this visit reminded me why I never go to KFC. (The picture doesn’t do it justice. There was NO filling in these little things)

How can a chicken place be out of fried chicken at 4:45 on a Tuesday afternoon? Publics had chicken. It asks if I dined in or take out? Neither!

This location consistently out of chicken in the evenings. Drive through associates are rarely professional and courteous. This KFC is has been in the neighborhood for over a decade and used to be a force to be reckon with. Just doesn't appeared to be managed consistently.

I drove up to the drive through being that I have a disability not being able to walk. They told me that i.had to come inside and order. Which made it a problem. After maneuvering to make it inside they tell.me and another customer that they weren't taking any more order because he had to close his register to make more biskest Ok I didn't want bread any way. don't care what time I.go to this location it's always a problem. They never have wings or a wings special. They are always out of.something. They really need to do better. I see this location closing.
Placed an order god forbid an hour or 2 before closing. So you know like everyone on this strip but Waffle House they closed earlier and won’t do anything. I guess a single drive thru is too overwhelming to run at night. First order and last. Keep the $7 as a donation and use it to help hire competent workers maybe?

Asked cashier for food and a small cup of ice water..thinking that tap water was free I was charged almost 3.00 for water told cashier I didn't want it she refused to give refund and stated kfc does not give refunds I told her I didn't want any of it she refused to give me my money back and manager called the police emailed district manager and he has yet to return my call!!! Very distasteful cashier was very unprofessional with the profanity that was used against me

Disappointed my visit to location poor quality of product dry chicken wasn’t fresh at all.
Got home to find this . Didn’t receive a receipt just don’t know if this was due to being short staff .

We could not go into the KFC lobby because the door was locked. The sign on their window shows that the KFC lobby closes at 11 pm. We arrived at 8: 51 pm and the lobby doors were locked/closed. So we went thru the drive through. The girl attending the drive through was rude. She didn't give us any paper napkins or plastic utensils to eat the potpies & mashed potatoes. When I motioned for her to come back to the window she ignored me. Therefore I hunked my horn to get her attention. She got upset and was rude. She needs some customer service training.

The chicken was old and tasted like it had been sitting for days—not the KFC I know. As an avid KFC customer, I’ve even visited the original restaurant in Corbin, Kentucky—Harland Sanders Café and Museum (688 U.S. Highway 25W, Corbin, KY). This location doesn't even come close to that standard. The recipe was not what I have come to enjoy when visiting many locations in the USA and abroad.
After landing at RIC, I stopped here to grab some KFC after a week in Hawaii (where I also had KFC). Unfortunately, this was a significant letdown. I hope KFC Corporate takes notice and conducts an unannounced visit. Trust me, something is off at this location.
