I honestly have no idea why this place stays open. Whoever owns it doesn't actually care about money. If they did, they would get people who care enough to do the basic functions of the job. Went at 830. They close at 11. I am the only customer at the register, and there's one in the drive thru. 5 employees and it takes 5 mins for someone to even take my order. I can only assume she came from the bathroom. Hands were absolutely bone dry. So that's gross. Then you guys are out of everything at 830 and won't be making anything else for the night. How is it possible people can be this lazy and pathetic. Oh, that's right.

Really the worst KFC restaurant I've visited, I'm going to cancel my subscription and my accounts with them just because of that staff who treated me so badly. They made me feel like I went to ask for a favor. Apart from the fact that they didn't give me my receipt and I was all wondering who prepared my food. A total disaster! I have never been treated so badly in KFC, mainly for someone who has been traveling for 6 hours and hungry they treat me that badly.

Ordered delivery. Didn’t get my drink with the combo. Didn’t have the right pieces of chicken in the box. Also ordered a fill up box. Didn’t get any of the dipping sauces. No ketchup. The pieces were burnt and extremely small. Was highly disappointed. We were in a hotel so didn’t have anything we needed for the meal. Will never order from this place again. Thanks for letting me spend my money just to throw it all away!

There wasnt anyone at this location. No closed sign. Store hours stated they close at 11pm. Its 6pm.
I order food for delivery,the fries came in a taco bell bag, I didnt get my cole slaw that i paid for,and i ask for mashed potatoes and gravy and I did get the gravy, I call to complain and they only said I could go to the store and get it,because there is nothing else they could do,if i order for delivery is because I dont have a car how would i go and get it in the store if i order for delivery for a reason bad customer service

Nuggets were ok, a little chewy. I received mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were bland. I asked for honey mustard and didn't get any sauce. The biscuit was hard and plain. The girl at the window was pleasant but on the phone the whole time. She mentioned she wouldn't be working there much longer. Probably for the best, customer service is not her strong suit. No receipt was given to leave a review.
