Ordered The $20 meal online which I have been ordering for the last couple months. As I pull up to the drive-through, she proceeds to tell me that the drive-through equipment is not working and I need to come in. I informed her that I already placed an order and she told me to pull around. She then hands me my order and I check it and two items are missing. Not only did she not tell me that, but when I tried to get her attention through the window, she ignored me. So I ended up going inside to let her know that items were missing. She then proceeds to tell me that one of the items they were out of and that the meal does not come with biscuits. I pull up my order history in the app and show her that each time that I’ve ordered this meal it’s come with biscuits. Even if that were true, why not just use the biscuits as a replacement for the items that they did not have? Anyhow, she proceeds to argue with me and then at this point, I asked for a refund which she informed me I needed to call corporate to get a refund for $26. I then asked for her manager and she tells me she can just give me his name and not his phone number. Please tell me exactly what I can do with the name? I don’t even know why this place is still open. It appears they don’t have the basic necessities to run the business properly. I will not be going back.

They forgot my drink and they wouldn’t help me out the lady was rude just because I asked for my drink that I had already paid for. If they don’t like working with costumer service maybe should find some where else to work.

WOW. New level of terrible for KFC. I ordered online and took 28 minutes to get a basic combo. The sides were cold the Mac and cheese and tasted weird and stale. The chicken was undercooked and the breading fell right off the chicken. The biscuits were so undercooked they were still half-dough. There was seemingly only one guy actually working and he seemed high. They also forgot my sauces and drinks I paid extra for, I got my drinks after asking for them, but unfortunately didn't think to check for my sauces until after I'd already left.

Ordered DoorDash, order was accepted but never prepared. Three different drivers were dispatched and all of them were told to wait it the curbside spot even though they were not preparing the food. I would say eat here at your own risk.

I come here often (about 2-3 times weekly) as I work on the base up the street. Today I decided that I would never visit this KFC again. The manager was extremely rude when taking my order in the drive thru today 5/1/25 around 11:45 AM. I believe that she’d done something to my food, therefore I left with no food. I didn’t want to risk it. I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone. Very distasteful.

I honestly have no idea why this place stays open. Whoever owns it doesn't actually care about money. If they did, they would get people who care enough to do the basic functions of the job. Went at 830. They close at 11. I am the only customer at the register, and there's one in the drive thru. 5 employees and it takes 5 mins for someone to even take my order. I can only assume she came from the bathroom. Hands were absolutely bone dry. So that's gross. Then you guys are out of everything at 830 and won't be making anything else for the night. How is it possible people can be this lazy and pathetic. Oh, that's right.

Really the worst KFC restaurant I've visited, I'm going to cancel my subscription and my accounts with them just because of that staff who treated me so badly. They made me feel like I went to ask for a favor. Apart from the fact that they didn't give me my receipt and I was all wondering who prepared my food. A total disaster! I have never been treated so badly in KFC, mainly for someone who has been traveling for 6 hours and hungry they treat me that badly.
