Placed an order through app and came to drive through to pick it up. Was told to come inside. Being a person of limited mobility it was hard but my patience had no issue, parked my vehicle and went inside. The whole atmosphere was full of attitude and “don’t care” kinda behavior. Asked for the manager and the assistant manager on duty came. My first question to her was why my order was not given to me at the drive through like all other restaurants do, shockingly I was told because the drive through was too busy, and I just shook my head as I was the only car at the drive through. When I got home with order, found chicken sandwich not spicy and there was no cole slaw, no sauces for tenders. I called the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. My question to KFC and (also the franchisee, if any), is this the standard of service you believe in? And if you do then you should not be in business. You’re not getting my business for sure anymore but I’ll save others from this miserable service and standard too.

My friend went into this location yesterday, he has a medical condition and the guy at the counter LAUGHED at him and asked what he wanted to order. My friend asked for a moment to look at the menu, to which the guy laughed in his face, went to another guy and said something and they both started laughing. Awful people, awful service. Not to mention its always filthy when I go. Do better, and clean better.

I went to this location at 11:15am. Probably the first customer of the day. I ordered a number 4 (chicken strips) with mac and an extra side of fries. I got a 4 piece meal with mac n cheese.....wtf

Good all around. Sad this is the only location around though.
This is the 2nd chance at this place and again it was dirty 2 trash can overflowing with trash trash left on tables kids running around behind the the counter and lobby . Seems to be a lot of family working together and no proper management 1 person has there bare foot on a counter top. This is so unprofessional. I had to give 1 star to just leave a review but this place does not even deserve that.

Do not go to this KFC. I ordered in the drive though line and just got home. My two breasts were a little bigger than a wing and the chicken was burnt all the way through. It's sad when your only job is to cook chicken and you can't even get that right. Won't be going back there anymore.
