I ordered my food at 2:12pm and I asked for a receipt at the window and then I was ask did I want crispy no and then she asked me to pull up about 5 to 10 min later I get my food and I ask for my receipt and she says broken and I say I would like my receipt and she I don't know how you going get so a drive around and go in the store and I guess he was the manager on duty he gives me my receipt and I say my chicken looks like it's 1/2 peice of chicken then I ask for a refund and calls someone name Chris I guess he told him that KFC doesn't give refunds so he gave me 2 thighs, This is my 2nd complaint within 2weeks at the same store where I ordered Cole Slaw that was not good. This was at STORE # G135141 CASHIER Was Kaniyah at 9000 West Broad St Richmond Va

Do NOT order through a delivery service for KFC. I paid $30 through DoorDash because I was sick and didn’t feel like going out. I got my food. Completely wrong order. No tamper seals. NOTHING. Tried calling KFC, just got an attitude and no help. No compassion or anything. How do you give out someone’s order with no sticker, no receipt, no tamper seal, and then have an attitude when I call like I’m in the wrong. Never ordering or eating here again, and whoever the lady was that answered the phone. Find a different job. You shouldn’t be having an attitude as soon as you pick up the phone. If you don’t like your job, quit.

Employee’s children were running throughout lobby and kitchen, climbed on tables with their dirty shoes, and hit me twice in their chasing game. When one child was told she couldn’t have a sandwich right then, she began wailing hysterically. Staff did almost nothing to control these three children.

On top of that, my food took over 30 minutes to get and it was lukewarm.

I split my order and the young man, manager came over and took the time to show the cashier how to ring it up. This customer service saved money and showed he cared. Great job

I don't eat KFC often. One thing my roommate especially loves is the pot pies... EVERY SINGLE TIME we have gone there, they are out of the pot pies. After just placing a doordash order for 2, which was confirmed, but then they just didn't have them... I have to wonder why you guys even bother having it on the menu when you don't have them in store. This is the fifth freakin' time now.
