We bought an 8-piece bucket of chicken for take out that was hard and dry. It was like day-old chicken that was refrigerated and re-warmed by putting it in a fryer. We didn’t want to drive all the way back there to have it replaced with freshly cooked chicken. Very disappointed.

Order through door dash for 3 of us I ordered a four piece which is supposed to be a leg thigh wing and breast . but I got a breast two thigh and a leg , that was dry and burnt like it was sitting under the light all day if I could take it back and throw it over the counter I would. I am so pissed right now. and it is not the first time if I could give 0 Stars I would. Oh and in the pictures I did not get any sauce. Never again

WARNING:My elderly friend ordered food from here in the drive thru for another elderly friend who gave her money to get her food. The other elderly friend can not drive and has to remain on bed rest for health reasons. So my elderly friend went to KFC and tried to pay with a $20 bill I believe. The cashier stole the $20 bill and put it in their pocket. My elderly friend complained to the manager about the situation. The manager came back after they supposedly counted the register and said the count was correct. This cashier never put in a food order in their screen like they were supposed to, they just stole the money and put it in their pocket. That’s why the register was correct. This manager wasn’t even listening to the complaint. She was forced to order twice because she still needed to bring food to her friend. And they didn’t give her a receipt, so they probably thought she couldn’t report them. My elderly friend complained to someone from corporate but they never did anything about it. I suggest you avoid KFC and avoid this location. DO NOT PAY IN CASH AT ALL. They take advantage of elderly folks.

Most people were ok. One girl was definitely racist against whites. 43.00 for chicken and the gravy was like water and they forgot the Mac n cheese.

Shorted us 6 pcs on a 12 pc order. When I called to drive back to the store (20 minutes away) they were rude and told me to get a refund on line. Horrendous experience. Ignorant people working here. Stay away!!
Received wrong order. Went inside and they made it right. Not as good as the chicken used to be.

Worst place ever the food was terrible I will never go back ,the corn was so dried I could of used the kernels to pop some popcorn it sucked all of it the only thing that was at least ok was the biscuit, so do not waste ur time or money coming to this kfc remember I warned you !

This is the fifth time I've ordered and the absolute imbeciles at this location get it wrong. I order the 2/$5 wraps x 2 orders and they ALWAYS only give 2 wraps. Either lazy or stupid or both. It's pathetic that these are the same people demanding $20+/hr but can't do the work of a 16 year old in high school. An absolute joke. Then I open the food I did get and see this appaling, useless waste of trash. See photo. It's disgusting.
