Overall, I only gave it 4 stars due to our first time being there during dinner service and our waiter forgot half or meal, didn't refill drinks etc it was horrible service. Fast forward today March 29th 2025, during lunch our waitress was Amazing, I'm not sure of her name she slim build, brown skinned and may have been pregnant. But anyhow, she checked on us every chance she could, refill drinks, food was excellent and the atmosphere during lunch was steady not too busy and relaxing. We got in and out in a timely manner, with no wait. Just based on the experience today, I recommend going during lunch between at least 1-3pm that's the time we were there. It's 3 total, food not too expensive, delicious and very large portions. I got the lunch special from 1-3 fried chicken wings all flats with French fries, appetizer Philly cheesteak egg rolls( amazing), my husband got the Flatbread pizza and boneless honey bbq wings, and my son the ribs with chicken tenders( all amazing), too include our beverages (alcohol too) our total was about $91.00 not bad plus we gave a generous tip to our Amazing waitress. I recommend this establishment.
Vegetarian options: Not a Vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Not on a diet.
Parking: In a shopping center circle beside Taco Bell and Chuck E Cheese.
Kid-friendliness: I would say yes depending on the time you go.

I wanted to eat in this place and the waitresses treated us very badly, they never came to my table to ask what we wanted to eat , they just walked around until we understood with my family that they did not want to attend us because of their Hispanics .

the proportions are fairly big which makes up for the price but still a bit expensive for the quality of the food, in my opinion. never had many issues here but some of the evening shift employees can be a bit standoff-ish and always on their phones as customers are walking in & waiting.

She refused to take our order for appetizers when she took our drink order. When we got our appetizers, she didn't want to take our entree orders. When we got our food, it was hot and fresh, just was tasteless. Needless to say, wish we would've just stuck with our appetizers as that was the only thing we had that was actually good.

We go to KJs for two things... Decent priced drinks and their dry rub wings. Sometimes their carnivore flatbread too. Being we've been without water in Richmond City we needed somewhere near(ish) that we could go grab a drink and a snack. Wings and flatbread were great. Bartender seemed very green and absent-minded, no big deal but he probably should work on that for better tipping. Drinks were lacking ice and replaced with more mixer. Alcohol level was the same but bartender first served soda instead of tonic but he fixed that by not charging for the next one. Atmosphere is just ... odd in there. I mean I know it's a sports bar but on non-game days it feels sad and quiet besides the TVs. Bar was quite empty and the smoking (heated) area was hopping. IDK it is what it is.

Order the smash burger on DoorDash for carry out, but it would not allow me to remove the onions, pickles and aioli sauce. I call Kickback and asked if the could remove the items free m my DoorDash order and they said no. I would have to cancel my DoorDash order and reorder over the phone directly with them. I did as requested and picked up my order. When I arrives home and unwrapped my burger it had onions, pickles and aioli sauce on the burger. This along with not taking my name or phone number with my order. I didn’t get a time it would be ready. Plus, the young lady ask in how would I like the burger cooked just to turn around and say smash burgers do not have cook options because the are so thin. This is my first experience with Kickback and will be my last.
