Terrible experience after a string of mediocre experiences. Food is generally fine, when they get the order right. They have failed to get it right several times. As a neighborhood restaurant, you would think that they would take better care to offer a consistent product. This last experience makes clear that they are way over their heads.

Kitchenette is a favorite in our home, best pasta dishes around, the breakfast is top notch, but tonight was the best example of why we love Kitchenette….. the people. We called in and placed a pick up order for my boyfriends birthday. We live 5 minutes from Kitchenette, but there were two accidents, we tried going two different ways, and couldn’t make it there. The lovely young person who answered the phone was so polite and accommodating, they always go above and beyond....read full review
