Komma Tea - Short Pump

Ordered Kiss of Honey and I was disappointed. it sounded lovely, but the flavor fell flat. The hint of honey tasted artificial and mind you, you could barely taste it , and the tea lacked depth or freshness. Overall, it was more sugary than soothing. I would not recommend.

It's giving tapwater with a sprinkle of sugar and a little of flavoring. Terrible! Won't be coming back!

Macrons were awful… $5 for a crumbly mess.

It was very awkward in there and the staff member that took my order seemed very rude and standoffish

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. I placed an order for a drink, but it was never prepared because the espresso machine was broken. The store knew about it, yet the order wasn’t canceled properly in the system. As a result, multiple drivers kept being assigned to my non-existent order, and I spent over an hour dealing with pointless updates and confusion. Waste of my time and theirs.

They denied putting one $7 smoothie in two cups because of a cup shortage. Just charge me the 15 cents and allow me to get what I want. Not going back.

No complaints great taro slusie and comes in big quantity for price.

Not very flavorful and boba was bad

Boba was so delicious I got the Passionfruit with mango popping Boba so delicious you should try it !!!

Do not waste your money on these hard and very chewy macaroons.

Picked up macarons today for my kid as a surprise for a job well done. Got home and they were rock solid. Not just “not fresh”, but the cookie was so hard my kid couldn’t bite into it. Are these the macarons that are supposed to be marshmallow-y and fluffy?! For 4.79 a piece, I’m super disappointed.

Me and my wife have now gone here twice and while the flavor of the drinks were great the workers are where the issue has been, none of the staff ever want to talk just want to serve your drinks and get you to leave as soon as they can get you to. Tried to thank staff for the drinks and met with glares, cashier wouldn't say anything more than the bare minimum and generally felt like an inconvenience to them as they were joking around with each other but horrible to customers.

The lady didn’t seem to want to serve us, stating the boba wasn’t ready. However immediately after finishing our alternative order, the boba was finished. The drink itself was standard. Nothing wrong but nothing wow

First time experience was bad. Thai tea tasted like water with 75% sugar. I asked the employee to redo the drink but still tasted the same. Disappoint and wouldn’t recommend.

I got a matcha milk green tea. There was no taste of matcha at all. Tasted like cheap green tea and kinda artificial. There are way better options for matcha around Richmond. Even the boba tasted old.
