The food was really good, and our server was so very nice! But the service was so slow. We felt bad for our server, because he seemed to genuinely be working very hard, but they must have been pretty understaffed. We easily waited 45-60 minutes for our food once we'd ordered. And everyone around us was in the same boat. Also, wish that the beers came in glasses instead of thin plastic cups. I hope they can figure out their service, because it's a fun spot and the food was great!

The music was so loud, I legitimately think i have hearing loss in one ear. Bizarrely loud, the restaurant was empty because of it. Asked waiters to turn down volume, didn't do anything. Sat outside to try to mitigate the noise, conversation with people was still impossible. Waitress came to get our order, could not hear her over the incessant noise. First and last time going there.

The bartender Chaney was very nice. My first time there 20 mins before closing on a Tuesday!!! The food was delicious I had Baja style grilled fish tacos!!! My favorite!! A margarita mixed to perfection! The atmosphere was a comfortable and calm vibe. A great place to network. I plan on visiting again SOON!!!!

The service is absolutely inexcusable. We were there for two hours and didn’t get our food till an hour and 30 minutes in. Half way through our time we got a different waiter. There was a huge disconnect somewhere . Thankfully she was much better than the prior guy, who pretended we weren’t there.Overall, food is okay. Nothing special especially for the price spent. For sure will not spend my time and money on this restaurant.

The food was excellent. They have a bacon jam on the waffles, which was delicious. Their service was awful. Our food came out far apart from each other. No refill checks. We had to wait for syrup, and then the waffles were no longer hot. We saw the ketchup and grabbed that ourselves. Then, we had to chase the waitress down for our check. Overall, I would go back again. I just hope I don't get the same waitress again. And let me say it again, the food was DELICIOUS!!

Heard this place has gone downhill hard and it’s true. Went Saturday (07/01/23) with a group of 4 and place was totally dead; should have been the first sign to leave. There were two groups including mine waiting to be greeted and no one greeted us. I get a lot of places are still understaffed but this wasn’t the case here; they had at least two interior servers, two indoor bartenders, 1 outdoor bartender and 6 or 6 tables of patrons 3 of which were outside. We sat ourselves at the bar after no host came and we’re not even greeted by the bartenders. After another 5 minutes of no acknowledgments and watching. The entire staff just mingle around in this dark dank place we decided to walk down the street to PBR which was PACKED, and had a much better atmosphere and definitely better service and care. I liked Kreggers when it first opened but WILL NOT go back and give this place any of my money. As dead as it was on a Saturday I doubt they will be in business this time next year.

Ordered delivery - chicken tenders, brisket hash, and mac n cheese. The portion was huge and everything tasted pretty good but the chicken was a little tough and the honey mustard was soupy. Unfortunately the next morning I got extremely sick and threw it all up so i’m guessing it wasn’t stored/handled properly. Shame because the prices are very good. It will be a long time before I give this place another shot.

Great music and friendly staff. The food took a while, but the place was packed. The crab pimento dip was ok. Not much pimento or crab flavor honestly so it basically tasted like cheese dip. The chips that come with it are kinda tough but they weren't bad. I also had the Gator bites which were really good - especially with the remoulade. I was also able to try some of my friend's seafood fries... amazing!! Definitely ask for a booth though because the seats are not so comfy.
Cool awesome. The dining area near the bar is a little dark but your eyes will adjust. The food is pretty good as long as it comes out fresh. The drink that I had (peach margarita) was a decent size and had enough alcohol to warrant the $8 cost. The seafood fries are divine and the hot honey butter chicken biscuit is delicious too. Good wait service. Friendly staff. I would return again because I want to eat on the patio.

Went here for brunch the other day and boy was it yummy! I had the buffet burger. Let me tell you that burger was no joke. Only managed to eat half of this bad boy cause it was so massive. Washed it down with delicious grapefruit mimosas and took the wrest home.

Had a $170 order for my company (9 people)- placed the order online and arrived to pick it up an hour later to be told “we cancelled that order, it was too big”. That’s correct. That’s what they said. Mind you, no notification was made for an hour until I arrived. 9 items was too big. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Came in and we weren't sure if to wait or to pick a table asked the staff and were told we could pick where to sit (im sure this was because there were only a few people) thry had cute decor and scan code menus at the tables. Overall the aesthetic was nice especially at the 2nd floor. The outdoor area is nice has some heating and is dog friendly also seems to have a small bar. Wouldnt say this is exactly a kid friendly place however it is ok to have them along with you especially if on the first floor theres a bit more room also they do have a kids menu. As far as the food, I felt they where maybe $1-$3 more than most burger restaurants but nothing outrageous. I asked my burger be cooked as medium with some pink but that and the bacon where overcooked still tasted fairly good so did the fries.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door may be difficult to enter, seems to get stuck past a certain point. However once inside, the bar area is on a second floor up a few stairs the do have an electric wheelchair ramp to get you up to the second floor!
