When I went there 6 a.m. the Doughnut machines was making defective doughnuts. The Black American people working there could care less. The people there egnored me until I yelled out to them to take my order. I ordered two strawberry jelly powdered doughnuts. One of them had no filling in it. The coffee was very bitter and tasted like Diarea! People living in Richmond, Va. Always ruin foods! 🤢🤮 I left after eatting my crappy doughts and 2 day old coffee that tasted like diarea which I spitted out and threw it in the trash. I'm not going back there no more! Money wasted!

I stopped to get donuts because the "hot" sign was on. None of my glazed donuts were hot?? I went back in and showed the cashier he said "well there is a delay from putting them on the trays". Huh??? I explained i stopped only because the hot sign was on to get hot donuts, at least warm ones, I can get cold glazed anytime. So he walked over and grabbed 1 hot donuts and said that's the best he can do. I should have asked for a refund but just left. I have been buying hot donuts for years and never had a problem. This location obviously doesn't. Word of advice, DON'T TURN YOUR HOT SIGN ON IF YOUR NOT GOING TO SELL THE HOT DONUTS! I will never be back to this location!

The donuts at Krispy Kreme are hard to beat. I have two problems with them. First, they stopped serving the chocolate cake donuts which were my favorite. Second, anytime I order delivery there's a real chance that I don't get the right order. It happens often and makes me hesitant to order at all.

The service at this store has gone completely downhill!!! Not only are the lights always off outside the store. Sometimes I can't even tell they are even open. Also it's pretty bad when I come to the store @ 6:30 to get the new Grinchmas donuts & they are all out. And aren't gonna make more. Although the store doesn't close til 10:00. Employee didn't seem to care or want to help me with anything else either.

I called and they said it was for hot, glazed donuts (arguing with me), which I informed them that I ordered one, and she just said OK and hung up the phone. I will never go back to that location with my money or my time again. I hadn’t had one of their donuts in over 10 years and I was so excited to only be deflated by this poor little store.

Dec 13th EDIT CLOSED Except drive thru. Line so long. No explanation, just "yes" to are you closed? No sign on door. No explanation. **"" love visiting this Krispy Kreme off Broad. They are always making hot fresh doughnuts you can watch through the window. I was greeted & offered a sample. I tried the frozen strawberry lemonade & it was SWEET! I got a dozen mixed kinds & was rung out & asked about mobile app rewards. I don't have a chance to visit hardly ever, but they made me aware of a special offer I was able to take advantage of RIGHT AWAY. EXcellent service. Great food.
