This Krispy Kreme location is by far the best one I’ve been to. The hot donut light is lit frequently in the evenings, and the employees are friendly and wonderful at what they do. The inside is clean and even has the little paper Krispy Kreme hats. The donuts are always fresh and it is a treat to see the conveyor belt with the glazed donuts. Perfect spot for a treat!

I have to start by saying I’ve worked fast food, fast casual and customer service roles. I also understand that something as busy as a huge promotion will slow down service and limit accessibility. That being said, the service we received tonight was very rude and wasted quite a bit of time. I preordered the dozen + 88 cent dozen online long before I arrived. After I ordered it estimated the ready time to be around 7:25. I waited a bit before leaving home and actually arrived around 7:40. As we walked in, there was a line almost out the door and nothing on the “online pickup” rack. My partner and I patiently waited for the next available employee just to be greeted with a glare. She didn’t say anything and when we asked where our online order would be or if it was ready she said we had to wait in line. (Which I would have been fine with if it hadn’t been a 30+ min line with them constantly selling out of items we had already ordered and paid for.) To avoid this is exactly why we ordered online, and if the employees would have been even slightly more kind, it would have made for a better experience overall. The donuts were understandably fresh (with it being a rush) but they didn’t taste as good when the experience was miserable.

We love visiting Krispy Kreme, especially when the “Hot Now” sign is on. Watching the doughnuts being made fresh is always a treat. The Original Glazed has the same nostalgic, melt-in-your-mouth taste every time. Their coffee pairs perfectly. Overall, it’s still our go-to spot for a sweet pick-me-up.
