Disappointed! Got there at 7 and they were out of the glazed doughnuts. They did however give me the chocolate top doughnuts for the same price. The only problem is I don't like chocolate top doughnuts. Everyone else was happy but I wasn't. The lady that helped me was very nice.

I wasna order latte but The machine was down so I ask for a coffee with cream and 4 splenda and 2 donuts they give me a cup with s bag with creams an 3 splendas put the dunotss in another bag was chocolate stick on rhe bag no napkins and what is the point to go drive tru? person was like she give me a favor no courtesy and I think is time to improve the customer service they are so far from quality service very disappointed..

I don't frequent here often but when I do it's because of their specialty donuts. Unfortunately the last 3 times I went, the specialty donuts that were ordered, werent available. Last night my youngest and I really wanted to try the biscoff and cheesecake. Placed a mobile order for pick up. Drove 20 mins out of the way just to be told that they were out of both flavors but still showed available on their app. Disappointed. Also, to top it off, the glazed cream filled one definitely had someone's finger pushed through it with little to no filling (can't seem to post a photo of said, assaulted donut). This was around 820pm, well before they closed so I don't understand the lack of product. Guy at the window never offered an apology either nor did he seem too happy to greet us.
Just left this location and will never go back. Lazy worker, assuming she was the manager, took so long in fulfilling my order, the people who entered behind me and placed their order at the counter had already left when I had placed my order through the app 45 minutes beforehand. I inquired why wasn't my ordered already prepared, her excuse was all the orders came in at once which made no sense as I had placed the order 45 minutes beforehand as I stated earlier. The 1 customer that was in front of me also had ordered online also had his order prepared after he had arrived so ordering in advance is pointless at this location.

This is not the first review I'm leaving. Although I feel it's necessary to let you know that not only has nothing has improved! The customer service, the quality of your business is worse. When your store is scheduled to close @ 10:00pm. I arrive @ 5:30 and they don't haven't any glazed donuts available. I was told they only have three flavors and weren't making anymore. Also only the drive thru was open. They are rude. My children used to love going there and watching the donuts getting glazed and getting a paper hat. With the way its being run now I'll be surprised they will even have glazed donuts available. Or the inside open. Really pathetic!!

I drove 22 miles on a special day i planned for, to get the harry potter donuts. They were out at 10am when i got there, and when asked how long it would take to make a dozen more, they said tomorrow morning. i was a donut maker once, i know it take 5 minutes to decorate a special dozen. i took the day off to get these donuts, planned it in my calendar on my one day off work. the drive thru lady took y money for a half dozen regular and half dozen creme filled, with a smile on her face. no apology, no offer to make anything special in exchange. thank you for that experience.

This place has it good days and it's bad days. If you don't mind traveling, I will recommend going to the Krispy Kreme on broad Street instead.
