I went to this location today, and firstly the lobby was closed. that wasn’t my issue. i then proceeded through the drive thru where i was told they were out of original donuts. How can you be out of original donuts when that is the base for every other donut made at krispy kreme?

I'm only 32 years old, out of that time 20 years I've almost exclusively eaten Krispy Kreme, to me they never had a rival even in some of the down home doughnut shops. Not only is a dozen of filled doughnuts over 23ish dollars after tax, but Krispy Kreme must have changed their quality control of syphoned their ingredients to mitigate costs. So the very reason I always went was a simple one, the filled doughnuts were filled consistently, not too much and not too little but always consistent like a machine filled them. 20 years of having the same doughnuts and paying the increasing prices that other places dont command, the attached pictures are what I received for over 20 dollars, I only cut a couple, but you buy a specialty doughnut for the filling, if one or two are light so be it, but for all twelve to have a half ounce of filling is a joke. I sent everyone I know to your business as there isnt many around. But if this is the future of Krispy Kreme customer service the juice just isnt worth the squeeze anymore.

I ordered delivery this evening around 6:44p which was delivered at 7:40p. That’s not my complaint. My issue is that not only was I missing an entire dozen of donuts, but the dozen I received was incorrect. I called the location I ordered from to see if my missing dozen was left behind in the store, because I was willing to go grab it. I was instantly met with the rudest and most negative energy from the female employee who answered. She kept cutting me and was even incredulous enough to say that I ordered from a different location — as I was staring at my emailed receipt! Her attitude made it very clear that she didn’t want my business even when I expressed that the order was a surprise for my children. The reason?? “Their system was down”, which I don’t buy for a second. This was THE WORST experience we have ever had at a Krispy Kreme and will likely be our last.

I wanted to update my previous review. Initially, I was disappointed because they were out of stock on everything, but I decided to give it another shot a few days later. This time, I placed my order online in advance. It turned out to be an extremely busy Friday morning—Valentine’s Day, no less—and the restaurant had even lost power after my order was placed. Despite the chaos and challenges, the staff handled everything with incredible perseverance and a great attitude. They truly made the best of a tough situation, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Definitely a five-star effort!

I was really looking forward to visiting this Krispy Kreme flagship store to try the new donut flavors, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived in the early afternoon, only to find that there were very few options left. I even overheard another customer mention that he had driven over an hour, only to be told that donuts would be available again at 2 PM.

Since I couldn’t get a full dozen of the new flavors inside, I decided to try the drive-thru. However, the employee on the intercom initially told me that only apple donuts were left, which I knew wasn’t true because I had just been inside moments earlier. After I pointed this out, she then allowed me to order what I actually wanted—12 mini donuts.

Out of curiosity, I checked the mobile app while I was still there, and it showed that everything was out of stock. I’m not sure if this is their protocol when inventory is low, but it was frustrating and confusing. Given that this is supposed to be a flagship store introducing new flavors, I expected a much better experience in terms of availability and communication.

I hope Krispy Kreme can improve how they manage stock and inform customers so that others don’t have a similar experience.

Felt like I was rushed and then she was talking to another customer while helping me at speaker why not say could you hold on a minute or I be right with you……every time I go I get different experiences and I’ve never had nothing to complain bout at Krispy

More like Kruddy Kreme. Placed an order online 3 days ahead. Went to pick up my order and was told I could not pick up one dozen of the 4 flavors I ordered. I was told I could substitute with another variety, however there wasn't much available. Mostly empty cases. When asked why they had no raspberry filled like I ordered and confirmed, I was told "there was a run on those yesterday and we haven't had time to make more", though my order was placed 3 days prior. No refund for the last dozen offered. No apology. No discount for a specialty replacement. No call to let me know I couldn't get the correct order. We will go to Dunkin Donuts next time, thanks. Do better Krusty Kreme!

I have zero idea how yall hire there but if a customer ask a question I don't think the right answer is to yell and scream at them for 3 minutes 😅 and say I'm the supervisor all wanted was doughnut for my team and crew drove 40 minutes for this i would fire her or demot them unbelievable attitude wasn't even busy literally the 3rd car in line out of 5
