I never thought I would see the day I bought a dozen of what used to be the world's best glazed donuts and they were 1/3 of the size they've been since the company started in Winston-Salem so many years ago. These donuts were not much bigger than an Oreo SuperStuff cookie and not very much thicker. ? Saddening. And with that I'll speak my disgust with where I spend my money.Krispy Kreme will soon find they are not the only game in town. There is a donut shop with a location on Jahnke Road and another off Hull Street that easily matches worn out KK. Our company ordered 2000 donuts from them and they filled the order with ease and blew KK outta the water. They are pretty easy to find and once you try ST, you'll not go back to Kk.I'm Done.

I've been working down the street from Krispy Kreme for 8 months and have seen the hot light on maybe twice at most. In the mornings I drive by between 6:30-7:00am and the light is never on nor is it on during my lunch break or drive home. I check the app quite frequently and can never catch the hot light on. Does the light even work or are employees too lazy to turn it on while hot donuts are being prepared? Seems like some business is being lost here. I'll be going to Dunkin and warming up there's until this particular location can get their act together.

What’a Great Team. They always have my dozens of doughnuts & coffee ready, bright n early every Saturday morning, for all of my volunteer Trail workers at Pocahontas State Park. Provided by RVAMORE-local mtn bike non-profit. We build n maintain the mtn bike trails & people absolutely LOVE the fact that we provide Krispy Kreme doughnuts n coffee.
