Management is very lacking in customer service. Whoever is in charge of the dairy department/inventory thought it would be appropriate to yell at my one of my employees for buying product for our store.

I was in the area and needed some medication and other items, so I stopped in here. They have a very large selection of supplements and OTC medicines. Checking out via self-checkout was easy. This was a decent shopping experience.

The phrase “customer service “ doesn’t exist at this store. When I arrived home and checked the receipt found out they overcharged my a fair amount for two items when I called was told you’re just going have to come back and bring the receipt and items. It’s 20 minutes each way no regard for my inconvenience. I’ve shopped there for many years and will take my business elsewhere

Have not been to this Kroger's yet if it's anything like the others probably will find what I need but let's not forget to support farmers markets or anybody we know that does local gardening pure food we can trust at a fair market Price should be a right to all

Not much to say. At least it doesn’t stink in this one like others. Fuel station is always great!
Frequently visit (Kroger Plus)customer 11895 West Broad St, numerous times have experienced (reported to store managers more than once) very negative attitude from staff member (Charles) Seafood dept. He uses very distasteful profanity, he does not assist in our purchase as he walks past and can obviously see us wanting service (more than once) again management made aware while on location. I have business friends who are attendance with me and can witness this negative behavior of Charles. This report is being alleviated to the corporate/upper level management.
