I hate to leave a review about my closest grocery store but as of July 2024, it's kinda sad to go in here. Particularly at night, they lock the doors on one side and make everyone go in and out the same exit because theft is so common. Shopping carts are hard to come by, and sometimes (not every time) I find random items thrown on the floor by disrespectful patrons. The last thing I will say is that prices are not the best. I can definitely get more value at other places. It's really been a slow and steady decline.
Side door open but interior doors locked. No signage saying doors locked other then employees pointing. Watched 15+ people trying to get in... I just left and went elsewhere. Why lock the side with all the parking. I'll just go to Cary Street from now on
Kroger was clean, and well stocked. Plenty of baskets waiting for us :)
2 stars because at least the staff is friendly. However I swear Everytime I buy steaks from this store I get home to find that they're spoiled and the oxidized meat was either hidden by a sticker or on the bottom. I'm sick and tired of having to go back and forth from the store, waiting for customer service. I should be able to buy meat that's fresh from the store. Id I wanted a gamble I'd go to dollar tree.
The Kroger app deletes my products reviews and often times never publishes them. Garbage company. Go to Trader Joe’s.
Never buy Kroger branded products unless you like holes in your garbage bags and mice poop in your produce.
Security needs to chill out it's a supermarket, not Fort knox. There is no reason to make every customer walk up the middle of the self checkout aisle on the way in and block all the exits at 7 pm on a Sunday. Couldn't even get a cart cause the security was so aggro. Will be shopping a Aldi and Publix instead from now on.
Excellent!!!!!!????
We've been stopped multiple times after using self checkout and accused of not scanning/stealing items. This is getting ridiculous. Every time we pull out the receipt to show we paid and it's just "oh, uh...sorry." The cashier had someone follow my boyfriend to his car and confront him. Most stores discourage this even if someone is actually shoplifting. This entire store is pretty sorry. If your store is so concerned about theft through self checkout then hire more cashiers so *THEY* can scan the items for us. Or does this store just enjoy profiling certain types of people? Regardless, we're not coming back. This Kroger is the worst location by far. The employees are the rudest I've encountered. It's usually dirty and not well stocked. If your item doesn't ring up correctly or you were over charged- good luck finding someone to help. We only went to this location if we were short on time and it was the closest.
The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. They lied about having a medication in stock, and when I explained the krogers she was telling me to try calling I had already called and one was my normal pharmacy, she just said well, I'm refusing to fill your prescription. Her explanation is that she doesn't want to run out in case someone needs it? THAT'S WHY IM CALLING, IT'S BECAUSE I NEED IT! But I guess it's fine for the pharmacist to blatantly LIE and refuse to fill valid prescriptions because she got called on it and embarrassed. This place needs to be investigated.
Customer service was closed when it was supposed to be opened. No Customer service and the employees was like oh well come back tomorrow. Would not get a manager like I requested.

Probably the friendliest and most helpful staff! The store is clean, well stocked and easy to navigate. The fresh produce was amazing - we even found fresh turmeric root. This Kroger's location is a real winner! We have shopped at many Kroger's and they are not all the same. Large parking lot, easy access.
Be careful about ordering groceries here if you are on a schedule. I made an order to pick up at 8am. I get a call 8 minutes before I’m supposed to pick it up saying it will be an hour late. As I went into the store to get a few things I counted 5 employees that were doing absolutely nothing around the store… sad.
The employee who checked us out last night couldn’t even be bothered to get off her phone call. She was face timing with someone and talking to them during the whole checkout process. This place always feels so understaffed. Checkout here is always dreadful but the store is so convenient to everything I still go.
I love the convenience of this store for me. The employees seem stressed and always super short staffed, though always courteous and helpful when needed/asked for help. The shelves are almost always empty regardless of when I go... This used to be my go-to grocery store but I'm left disappointed more and more.
The one on Staples is much better
