I would in the past have given this a 5 star but since then they do not have a cashier stationed at the exit so you can get checked out. You have to go to the Starbucks to pay and sometimes they tell you they aren't suppose to ring up your purchases. Too much hassle unless you are buying groceries too.

I would in the past have given this a 5 star but since then they do not have a cashier stationed at the exit so you can get checked out. You have to go to the Starbucks to pay and sometimes they tell you they aren't suppose to ring up your purchases. Too much hassle unless you are buying groceries too.
I like Krogers and will continue to shop there ( West Broad St.) But I won't be purchasing Salmon any longer. Monthly, I purchase a whole filet and I ask to have it out of the freezer. However it's totally frustrating to be told that there's some already prepackaged and it's only been out 2 hours. Well that's not what I asked for or want. It needs to be cold because I'm shopping! I hate to be treated like an inconvenience. Tonight I got a filet out of the freezer/cooler
