The food and service are excellent. I enjoyed an El Mayimbe sandwich made with smashed plantain. The contents were pork, cheese, pickled onions and an incredible salsa. I'm looking forward to going back to sample other items on their menu.

My boyfriend and I were able to order from the food truck and it did not disappoint. I love plantains and Latin cuisine so this was perfect. I ordered the El Mayimbe Plantain sandwich and it was my favorite, the flavor was immaculate! My boyfriend's sandwich (El Tumbao) was also good. We ate our sandwiches so fast we ordered one more to share (El Chavo). 10/10 experience, service, and food. Absolutely will order here again!
