I did not like the fact that my Gyro had more lettuce than meat and the meat was little squares that I could literally count and it was less then 15 pieces of meat. Truly disappointed for the price I paid.

I feel like if this place had better staff and customer service and better cooks, it could easily get 5 stars. It used to be a 5 star place when it was located in short pump but now the pizza taste different. The crust/dough/bread is flaky and hard/crunchy— as if it’s all refrigerated. I only order here when I’m desperate and because I love the taste of sweet sauce.

I am from Northern Virginia and love Ledo Pizza. I was excited when I realized there was a Richmond location. Ledo pizza is always reliable. The sauce is on the sweet side and their proportions between sauce/cheese/topping is always good. I also love ranch with pizza and their ranch is great, definitely made in house. I consider Ledo's to be slightly on the pricey side but it's on par with other pizza places such as Zorch, Hop Craft, etc.

Delicious as always! Huge salad with everything I like on it for a very reasonable price. Fantastic pizza with a crust unlike any of the big chains or typical NY style neighborhood places in every town. Food worth crashing my diet for lol

Had a 14 inch pizza today for the first time. It was great! Found that eating the inside squares was a bit messy, but overall it was wonderful! The gentleman on the phone was also very polite and nice.

Usually my favorite part of the pizza is the crust but at this location, it tastes straight like cardboard! I also had to pay extra for more ranch. They gave me the littlest amount for 6 wings but gave me the larger size I usually get at other locations FOR FREE when I paid for it. Super petty, will not be returning to this location.

The pasta is ok, could be better but the pizza? That one was a pleasant surprise, lots of sauce and cheese, definitely hit the spot!
Typically we are very happy with the food & service. Last night truly disappointed us! The humongous $8.99 Bavarian soft pretzel that is usually EXCELLENT was hard and rubbery - maybe microwaved? When I asked the server about it he just shrugged his shoulders. One in our group ordered loaded baked spaghetti. Plate came with cold spaghetti, no melted cheese on top. Again, server told and he offered to go "warm it up" aka microwave? Caesar salad with grilled chicken - ehh, packaged chicken. Romaine lettuce very fresh and Caesar dressing was on point. The Gochujang pepper cheesesteak - not a fan but that's personal taste. Stick to the Pizza - always good if you like a thinner crust and sweeter sauce. Definitely an off night - 8/17/2022

I asked them to remake my pizza because it was sitting out for 30 minutes. After having to over explain to them they remade it but not according to recipe. It tasted, hard, dry, & flavorless. I loved the pizza here and was super disappointed

Ledo Pizza is always a consistently great tasting pizza made fresh with fresh ingredients. The cracker thin dough is my absolute favorite.

This is the best Ledo’s that is near me. The one that is near me cut corners on making pizza. I do not have a problem driving 1 hr to get great pizza.
