The staff seemed like nice people. I cannot say anything about food because I didn't have food but I can say that Sadly the coffee is not like coffee I'm used to. It's way too weak but I find that is a thing here in Virginia weak coffee. So I did not like the coffee at all and would never order it again. I guess other people like it cuz it looks like they drinking it but I guess I got used to some strong, powerful coffee in New York City. LOL. Not finding it here anywhere so I'll just have to brew my coffee at home and find something else to drink outside LOL. Other than that the staff are very nice and the lady was nice enough to refund me for my coffee because I could not drink it at all. Way too watered down.

Lift is one of my favorite coffee shops in Downtown Richmond. The breakfast burrito is my go-to. It's absolutely delicious and very fresh! The coffee is always on point. I've never experienced bad customer service here.

Awesome vibes, fast service and good drink. My only gripe is I came in to do some work on my laptop and there was no internet. Told it was finicky lately but it left me wondering if there was any plans to fix it. They were busy and so I didn’t want the ask if they could reset the router. Since there was no mention of it, maybe that’s not a solution for the issue. It’s a great spot and has been for years(it’s been awhile since I’ve been), but a lot of the utility of such a great spot is gone for me without Wi-Fi.

First time here, and I tried the highly recommended Banana 🍌 Latte . It was good but would not order it again . I checked out the menu before I left and will definitely be back to try some of the tempting 😋 menu items. 2nd time here and ordered Green 💚 Smoothie 😋 👍 will 💯 percent order again!
Our order (bagel and breakfast burrito) took quite a long time to come out, and was wrong. A quick fix but still then had to wait a long while for them to remake the order. Definitely do not recommend if you are in a rush. Coffee was great and the staff was pleasant. Also worth noting, there were several dogs INSIDE the restaurant and main area due to rain and the patio being closed.

Really enjoyed this place. The space, the service, the coffee!!!! Found this place off of the reviews, and walked over from the hotel. While on a road trip, you don't find many flood coffee places, Lift was awesomeness!!! Walked in and ordered, asked for a cup of water for the pup, guy tells me they have a bowl out back. He made sure the water was fresh for us. While walking that way, I also realized they served hot food. So glad, because it was great. Sat in the outdoor space with the pup and enjoyed! Not sure if I mentioned, the coffee!!! It was so good, I left with an extra one to go!!! The outdoor space was super welcoming and spacious. Also, there is parking out back. Check 'em out!!!
