The food, drinks and atmosphere were superb but we were a party of 7 so gratuity was an automatic add on. We sat and watched our waitress cater to smaller parties all around us. It felt as if she wasn't motivated to check on us. I never got requested items and I wanted another drink. A member of our party asked her what her name was as we were leaving which she in turn asked what did she do? I explained how we felt and she did apologize & tried to make it right with me by getting me the drink that I wanted during my meal. Hopefully, she took what I said into consideration though. Our party tips VERY well but the service just wasn't there. Maybe next time

The service was horrible. The food subpar. We watched our waitress continously walk past our table of 7 times to make hersellf available to other guests. She never came back to check on us after food was served and appears to not have cared because she was receiving her 20% gratuity regardless. We never was offered drink refills. She stated to us that she shares tips and does not like that. We will not be returning.

The Lilly Pad is an amazing place for a private event! My boyfriend’s friends had a wedding reception here and it was so much fun! 🤩 🎉 It was about 150-200 guests reception so they definitely have the space for many! Really nice space and they offered a boat tour around the waterfront. 🛥️ We ordered off the menu and all the food was good and came out fresh! The only thing I noticed was, there was very little staff. And it took a long time to get drinks and food ordered.

The location is pretty but don’t let that deceive ya - the food is god awful, everything is super salty and the pizza was super stiff and tough to chew and our waiter disappeared and rarely checked on us - not worth the price imo - I saw another comment saying it’s not for poc, and I’ll admit from a woc. I didn’t really feel welcomed majority of the time I was there :/

Got here just as the sun was sitting, and it was a gorgeous place to be! The server was nice and responsive, the food was incredible! Love coming back here.
This is a nice place on the water to enjoy a night out, it's dog friendly with a pet menu, but it's all outdoor seating. It's assessable by boat. They have outdoor heaters and tents.

We had a reservation and we're placed at a picnic table which did not suit all of our party and so the wait staff gave us an option and then moved us to a different table. Our server was very attentive and made sure everything was just right!
