After waiting 20 minutes and handing my food over I was told they don’t accept 50 or 100 dollar bills??? Food handed back. That’s not posted anywhere. When I tried to call the store (after going to Arby’s) I was disconnected 4 freakin times. This just happened…it’s embarrassingly ridiculous!
What about “hot & ready” means “takes 20 mins every time”? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It’s like they hadn’t even conceived the idea of selling pizza when you arrived for some. You’ll be one of two cars in the drive thru, and a monotone youth that barely speaks English will take your order. Then, when you get around to the window, no one will be there.
