i’m officially done w this location.tonight was the last straw. I’m eating Partially cooked doughy pizza . Doesn’t even look appealing . And now the workers are so lazy I was given a surprise to … I was left with the dutie cut my own pizza 12/15/25
Ordered a deep dish … and from the photos… I honestly can’t tell you the difference between a regular pizza and a deep dish. It was extremely hard .it lacked sauce for sure. and definitely over cooked. I just feel like they don’t really care .smh
show myself I wasn’t going back I did because I was rushing for something quick on the way home. I placed order online for cheese pizza and Someone thought it was a good idea to sell me an old one. I definitely should’ve checked before leaving. But y’all trifling.

Last time I was there I was charged for a to order cheese pizza but I saw them put my order sticker on a hot and ready pizza. Scammed me out of a few bucks.

Poor customer service. I hope someone from corporate comes and does an audit on this location. The representatives who answer the phone are ghastly. There should be a maximum age limit for people who work here.
My recent visit to Little Caesars provided a mixed experience. While the pizza itself was acceptable for its price point, the service truly stood out as a highlight. I am note sure if the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and pleasant transaction. However, the atmosphere of this particular franchise was less than ideal, lacking cleanliness and a welcoming feel. For a grab-and-go meal with great service, it's fine, but don't expect a comfortable dining experience.
