Poor customer service. I hope someone from corporate comes and does an audit on this location. The representatives who answer the phone are ghastly. There should be a maximum age limit for people who work here.

My recent visit to Little Caesars provided a mixed experience. While the pizza itself was acceptable for its price point, the service truly stood out as a highlight. I am note sure if the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and pleasant transaction. However, the atmosphere of this particular franchise was less than ideal, lacking cleanliness and a welcoming feel. For a grab-and-go meal with great service, it's fine, but don't expect a comfortable dining experience.

It took over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then another 5 minutes to have the worker come back to take my order. I was told 10-15 minutes, but it took 40! The order wasn't even right after all that waiting. AVOID this location.

Went to this location as the Mechanicsville location is abysmal. Wanted the pretzel crust pizza as it’s the only reason we get little Caesar’s.
They just don’t make it. You can order it. They’ll label it as such. But all you’re getting is a pepperoni pizza with salt on the crust.

Pass My Pick Up Time Finally They Give My Some Food That's Been Sitting On The Table (Nothing Hot N Ready About That) I Say This Food Isn't Hot I Get Home It's Not What I Ordered I Called Back The Manager Tells Me To Bring The Food Back I Get Back The Door Is Locked 15 Mins Early There's Several Customers Outside Complaining That The Door Is Locked Early N They Can't Get Their Food All Of A Sudden We're Surrounded By Like 20 Police Officers N The Manager Comes To The Door Yelling N Screaming At Us Needless To Say Nothing Has Been Resolved
This was my first and last time visiting this Little Caesars. Last night, I visited a different location and tried the crazy puffs for the first time, and they were delicious. I decided that I wanted to have them again today, so I came here to purchase them. However, the way they prepare the crazy puffs here was a complete disappointment, primarily due to the lack of sauce. It was dry, just bread and cheese. I returned inside to inquire about the sauce, and I was informed that this is how they are served with a dot of sauce smh. As I know, that's not true from buying them at a different location. As an alternative, I was offered the option to purchase a container of sauce. It appears that they intentionally provide a small amount of sauce to entice customers to purchase more.
