Crystal M is so friendly and sweet. Great customer service which is usually hard to find at Little Caesars. I like the food here and the prices so willing to drive the extra mile to this location even though other locations are closer to where I live.

don’t come to this little caesar’s!! i come to this one cause it’s right by my house so it’s convenient but the service is awful everytime i come it takes 30+ minutes for me to get one pizza. it’s ridiculous that it takes so long im about to start going to another cause they can’t seem to get it together.

Whoever said the service here is good is a whole lie.. I did an online order had my little sister pick it up bc I am home recovering from a c-section . He gets smart with her she gets home the pepperoni pizza puffs I ordered had NO pepperoni when I called to get a credit or replacement the white male manager told me I was lying so I drove to the location and he still would not replace my order bc the food had been tampered with and particularly eaten which it was and was bc that’s how I was aware it had no meat in it.. unable to even get his name to call cooperate to complain ** I’m not sure why people don’t value good customer service anymore

3/23/24 me and a group if friends went to little Caesar to get some food and when we got there the cashier was polite and took my order but the problem came in waiting for my food. everybody came in having problems with their orders and 30 mins after waiting for ours food we got it and it was a hard in my food so i went back and when i did the white man manager had his head up his a$$ and was being disrespectful and snatched the receipt out my friend hand and even started arguing with another customer

The worst location,and its been like that for years at this point.never have nothing hot n ready,waiting time for a regular pepperoni is 40-50 minutes.the staff is very arrogant,unprofessional.i swear will nevwr ever viait again.and i have not been in here for a whole year for that reason,just hoped they have improved,but it has gotten even worse,way worse..absolutely dont stop by over here

Whoever that WHITE MAN is that is the closing manager is extremely rude and unprofessional . Never in my 23 years of living have I ever got into an altercation with a working employee until today! They messed up my order not once but twice and when i called over the phone to be accommodated because i had to keep goin up to the store he said “well it’s nothing i can do” so i went up to the store for the third time and still he would not refund or fix my order even after bringing the messed up order back with the CORRECT order ticket and my mobile order receipt of what i should’ve received and he still proceeded to call me a liar ! I don’t even know why or how this store is still open .
Hard to beat their hot n ready menu at lunch for price.
