HORRIBLE! This place used to be great but now the staff is rude and the wait time for one pizza is always AT LEAST 30 minutes! The worst part is that they always lie about it, they’ll say “ it’ll be 5-6 minutes” and then it won’t. The food really isn’t that good to be putting up with the service. I almost forgot that the parking is insane because they take so long.

This location used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick and reliable meal, but things have gone downhill since the original team was replaced. The new staff doesn’t seem well-trained or equipped to handle even the basics of customer service.
Lately, service has been consistently slow and unorganized. I’ve experienced incorrect orders, long wait times, and a general lack of communication. It feels like the staff isn’t fully prepared or managed properly, and the overall experience has become frustrating.
It’s disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in quality. This store used to run smoothly, and now it feels like a completely different place — in the worst way. Unless improvements are made soon, I won’t be returning.

I placed an online order that said it would be ready by 9:07 it’s 9:30 and I’m still waiting. If I could give no stars I would no refund even offered
