This location used to be one of my go-to spots for a quick and reliable meal, but things have gone downhill since the original team was replaced. The new staff doesn’t seem well-trained or equipped to handle even the basics of customer service.
Lately, service has been consistently slow and unorganized. I’ve experienced incorrect orders, long wait times, and a general lack of communication. It feels like the staff isn’t fully prepared or managed properly, and the overall experience has become frustrating.
It’s disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in quality. This store used to run smoothly, and now it feels like a completely different place — in the worst way. Unless improvements are made soon, I won’t be returning.

What is going on at this location? There are always workers but they never seem to have pizza available anymore. 4th time I've come here different hours of the day and the manager is saying they have no pizza. Why is this location even open?? 🤨🤔

its 9:30 pm, and they didn't even wanna serve me thru drive thru, they said they were cleaning up already. Online says they close at 10pm. Then online it should say they close at 9:30 then.

Good food but the people working not good they will see you and not take your order I hope the owner will do something but most likely not but if your reading please I do not recommend this area

Too slow, they take forever, they should raise the salary and hire more staff because the pizzas are excellent but they take too long, more than an hour waiting for them to give you a pizza is too much

We have been ordering from this little ceasars for about 2 years. Something has happened to this store since around March or April of 2024. The pizza quality has gone down significantly, the staff doesn't care. There is another location on midlothian turnpike that im going to try going forward. Hopefully they figure out the quality situation at this location.
