Manager can not effectively order required ingredients ordered a pretzel pizza for delivery and was told they don't have any pretzel crust or cheese sauce so I paid extra for a regular hot and ready. Store needs new management ASAP as they can not handle ordering one of a very few ingredients. pathetic

I ordered online and went to the drive thru window and the employees completely ignored me and I had to park and go inside to get my order. And the girl at the front counter was rude

I’ve walked into the store two separate times to try to get a bag of crazy bread. The first time I was not regarded at all, and the young woman in the back was making dance videos on her phone. The second time I was regarded by somebody who looked like a manager, who informed me that someone else will be with me in a moment and then after several moments, nobody had been with me so I just walked out. I would like to add that the person who looked like a manager and told me that someone else was coming to help me just proceeded to basically stand around in the back and do nothing. So I’m not really sure that the owners of this establishment or franchise would be happy with the fact that their manager just lets paying customers walk out the door before they can even get established as customers. Tried twice. I won’t try again.
All they had to do was take my money, open a door, hand me a bag of bread, and watch me leave. That was too much work so they just watched me leave. It’s mind boggling. Any manager at McDonald’s would get fired for this. I know because my best friend is a supervisor and has worked there for 21 years.

We ordered on the app n everything was from hot n ready menu. It took quite awhile for order to be ready. Tried to order 2 orders of Crazy Puffs that r supposed to be part of the “Hot n Ready menu” at dinner time. Well apparently they had none of these either n was told I would have to order them on the app n then wait for them to be done. With that being said, the food was awesome , hot n fresh , among the other regular pizzas we tried a pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce , it was very good. The cashier was friendly n did hand my order right to me.
Great experience with this location recently. They had everything I was wanting hot and ready. The customer service was excellent. The waiting area was clean and not crowded. Everything was great.

Not what I wanted to see when I went to grab a breadstick. I do not have black curly hair and neither do my kids. This is gross. Also it was not the delivery guys hair either. Do better!

I went to Little Caesars, and it was so good! Their pizza is super affordable, and it tastes amazing. I got a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza, and it was fresh, cheesy, and had the perfect amount of toppings. The Crazy Bread was also awesome—it was buttery and garlicky, and I couldn’t stop eating it. The best part was how fast everything was. I walked in, and my pizza was ready in just a few seconds, so I didn’t have to wait long at all. The workers were really nice and made sure I had everything I needed, like napkins and sauce.
