I am sooo tired of The “Lack” of care and the lack of Customer service from this place. Number 1!!! I don’t know who the STOREmanger is Ir the Regional manager is but … they need to be replaced with someone who actually wants to make the store better with quality and production… you need to replace your entire Staff with individuals that value their job, train your staff in providing quality service all the time!!!!! Y’all have lazy rude people up I. There and I am so tired. This location is most convenient to our home. However the customer service is terrible, that I would take the time to travel a further distance to receive better service…

This was my first time visiting Little Caesars at this location. The food was cooked to perfection!! We ordered Pepperoni Pizza, Barbecue Wings and those Heavenly Crazy Puffs!! Yum!! All the other pizza places are in for a reduction in sales!! Those Crazy Puffs are BETTER than an actual pizza!! Little Caesars you've out done yourselves!! PERFECTION!!
Store makes up own hours. I placed an order online so I would not have to wait.. only to arrive 2 hrs before they closed unable to go inside and get the pizza I already paid for !!! Hate this

This store sucks! They are always making up their own rules about where and when to pick up orders. I just walked in there to place an order and they said they aren't taking in store orders because they are backed up so online only. What? That's not my problem. So if I place an order online you'll take it but the customer who physically walked in to pay can't place one? Insane!

I ordered delivery from Little Caesars on December 23rd. When the food arrived, half of it was missing, including an entire pizza and crazy bread. I contacted DoorDash support, and they promised a full refund within 7-10 days. However, ten days later, I didn't receive the refund. When I contacted DoorDash again, they said they would expedite the refund, but I still haven't received it.After waiting a month, DoorDash claims that this location has a backlog of Nonrefunded orders and is under investigation. With no refund still, I had to turn to my bank to dispute the purchase.This situation was frustrating. I ordered from Little Caesars specifically to avoid using DoorDash because of such incidents. If you're ordering from this place, I would strongly recommend that you go in person to pick up your order to avoid any inconvenience.

No sense of urgency or the staff is not willing to move fast enough inside or at the drive-thru. You could literally be sitting there waiting for someone to help you and they will purposely ignore you until they feel that they're already to help you out. If you have time to wait almost an hour for your food then by all means please get your food from here. If not, please go somewhere else most times the food isn't even done all the way or it's cold when it finally gets into your hand
