The worst service I ever seen! I don’t usually leave bad reviews for a franchised business because I am a business owner myself. I went into the restaurant and ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and half jalapenos. The cashier (female) stated 12 to 15 minutes to make it. I wait patiently with my family inside the store. I saw another customer (white male) make an order after I did and he was served before me so, I called for one of the stuff 6 times and I was being ignored by the staff. Finally a white female came out of the kitchen and I asked what’s the status of my order. I told her it’s now 22 minutes and I was told by the cashier earlier that it would only take 12 to 15 minutes. With a very bad attitude said “I am by myself and I haven’t even started your order yet.” Even though I can see there are 3 other people in the kitchen with her! I asked that person to refund my order and asked her if she is a manager and she said yes!!! Then proceeded to completely ignore me and yelled for someone else name Nicky and I waited 2 minutes to talk to another manager and they didn’t come so I left the store and when I was getting in the car, I saw her come out. I asked her if it’s a franchised business. She said yes. I am writing this review and I really hope that the franchise is seeing this review. I am a franchise owner my self and the staff you have definitely needs more training or change up! Because you are losing lots of business that way.

Literally found a piece of plastic brush fiber in my breadsticks (photo attached) I spoke with the manager and she didn’t believe me and wanted proof , instead of just replacing my order now I’m coming here , I don’t want it anymore. This place has terrible management 🚮

20 minutes after the pizza had been put in the oven, I drove up. They had forgotten to put the wings in and the pizza was just sitting in a counter, not in the warmer. It was cold and dried up when I got home. Very disappointed!

45 min for pizza and crazy bread. The workers there need training. I unfortunately am pretty hard of hearing and I asked the worker if she could speak a little louder, as to which she rolled her eyes and kept speaking at the volume she originally was. I didn’t want crazy bread but I couldn’t hear what she was saying. Order online or go somewhere else.

The service at this Little Caesars was very disappointing. I placed my order online and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup. When I got there, not only was it not ready, but it was obvious they hadn’t even started making it. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for something that should’ve already been done when I arrived. The whole point of ordering online is to save time, not waste it standing around waiting for them to catch up. This location really needs to work on their order accuracy and time management very poor experience overall.

This place use to be the best pizza in the area and the price as well. Not anymore. The employees the owner hires are not worth the money he is paying them. The owner is never around and let's the employees manage the store. This is nasty pizza and half of the employees are rude as hell when you ask for light sauce or want extra cheese. 7 Eleven right on the corner will cook your pizza there. You can take the frozen pizza home and cook it and YOU WILL LOVE IT. 7 ELEVEN PIZZA ACTUALLY TASTE ALOT BETTER THAN THIS LITTLE CEASAR ON WOODMAN RD. THAT'S THE TRUTH
