To the woman working in this store at 12:00 p.m. today (5/14/2025) - thank you for IGNORING ME at the window even though I honked several times to let you know I was there and KNOW that you saw me and IGNORED ME ... and then waiting on a customer who came into the store while I was sitting and waiting for MY order. You then proceeded to (a) not even greet me just stare at me and then (b) give me lukewarm crazy puffs and (c) put two ice cold drinks on top of my pizza!! 🤬

Order was hot and ready when we arrived. Food was really good. I hadn't had Little Caesars in a while but kept seeing the commercial for the little puffs. They were delicious. No pictures because we ate them so fast.

Look I rated the food a 3 one pizza was fine the other one was burned and I ain't talking like yo this cheese is crusty type of burnt I mean someone let the Red baron pizza sit in the oven for an extra ten to fifteen minutes burnt

Before my last visit, I would never have given this location a good review. The staff takes a long time to come to the drive through window, normally are short/rude and sometimes forget to bring your pizza out. BUT, recently (03/10.25) I went again and had a very pleasant experience. There was a new employee (Joshua T). Joshua came directly to the drive through window, greeted me, took my order. Then gave me the time before it would be ready. He actually thanked me for my business, how many fast food restaurants do this besides Chick-Fil-A??? Even better, he brought my pizza out early, and it was not burnt, perfect! I guess I will continue to go here, hoping they are getting better! Thanks Joshua!

Waiting at drive through window all most before someone even realizes I was there. Not good for little ceaser. Not the first time, i can take my business elsewhere
They are very slow , they do not listen to the orders because they have too high the music ., they waste too much time to the customer for a pizza. they should better pay attention since little Caesars is a very requested pizza

Small business with drive thru. Ordered online. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Drove up, asked to come back in 15 minutes. Circled around and came back. Asked to wait out front 15 more minutes. Did not have regular Pepsi, has to choose another drink.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Christian, the mgr double charged me instead of cancelling the order and did not refund me. GM stood by this behavior. Disputing with CC.

Probably the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. They never have anything ready and it takes forever to get your order. The guy prepping the food was on his phone with one hand while preparing food with the other with no gloves (although not required by law it should definitely be required by Little Caesars especially when customers can see you preparing their food).
