Don’t let the look of this place fool you. I honestly didn’t want to eat here. The lomo salteado was delicious. The chicken tenders were made from real chicken breast. The tender were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Satisfied with our order.

I think this place must have written their own reviews. I should have known better when I walked in on an early Saturday evening and the place was empty. To start as I said with the place being empty it still took close to a half hour to make an order of 10 wings & side of fried onion rings. Wings felt like they came out of the freezer & were defrosted in the microwave, then fried. Asked for all flats & only 2 of them were flats, impossible to complain as I was 20 minutes away in my hotel room when I noticed. Again they had to have written their own reviews...STAY AWAY!!!!

I was really looking forward to trying Lokman’s Best Wings, but unfortunately had a bad experience with their customer service. I tried to place an online order for the Virginia Beach location through their website, but was redirected to another site called Clover to complete the order. After placing it, I noticed the receipt listed a Richmond location for pickup—not Virginia Beach.
I called the Richmond location immediately to explain the situation, but the person I spoke with said they had no orders under my name or phone number, even though I had a receipt showing otherwise. I then contacted the Virginia Beach location hoping they could help, but they also said they didn’t see any order and weren’t able to assist. Instead, they told me to reach out to Clover, which turned out to be nearly impossible—the customer service number doesn’t seem to exist for people who use the app to order food, and there’s no way to get in touch.
All in all, it was a frustrating experience. I am left empty-handed and paid for food I never got. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from Lokman’s again and will be taking my business elsewhere.
