Atmosphere - dingy old mismatched tables that were still dirty even though nobody was in there. They have 3 different menus, and it’s difficult to tell what’s actually being served. It’s a walk up service area, but they expect a tip and clearly don’t clean. They give you your food in a to-go bag, with no napkins. It was empty at noon on a busy Saturday. Everyone else knew what I’ve only found out - this is not a good place to eat.
Service - the guys were nice enough. But they hadn’t cared to notice how dirty the tables were.
Food - I and my companion got sick eating the General tso’s - which didn’t taste ANYTHING like General tso’s.
This was worse than sloppy candied chicken you’d expect from a Chinese fast food place. Never go here.

The wings were good, however you can only order 4 when getting rice or fries. Then when we ask for Mombo sauce the young man stated $2 for not even tablespoons in a small container, but if you buy wings separately you can get 1!
I had been eating at the Eatery for years, I didn't know they had moved! Well, I will not be going back to Lucky Chop Stix ever again!! I can't wait for the Eatery to open!

I tried Lucky Chopsticks for the first time earlier this week and overall I have to say I was impressed. The food was pretty good quality and above average for a Chinese Takeout place. I got the special combination Orange 🐔 which came with fried 🍚 and an egg roll. The best thing about the food was the price and quantity that you get. After taxes my meal was $12.76 and there was enough food for two plates, so that meant two nights of dinner for me. I definitely recommend this place and can't wait to try something else.

Delicious is an understatement, the food here is so good, everything is cooked to order. Some of my faves to get here are the General Tso’s chicken which is an absolute classic and the Crab Rangoons are to die for 🙏 Recommend to anyone looking for a go to Chinese spot.

Hands down worst Chinese food Ive had Richmond. Don't know how its 4.3-4.5 stars on google and yelp. Had a feeling it was not going to be great when I pulled out the fried wonton for the wonton soup and they were those crackers, not crispy wontons. Chicken in fried rice was oddly bright white and the beef broccoli was so watery.

We love the idea of a typical Chinese restaurant in Carytown so we were looking forward to trying it. We decided to order online for pick up.
Things we learned:
-The person who answers the phone is very helpful, the service is friendly, and orders are ready on time.
-The food was hot and plentiful.
-The poke bowls are no longer available.
-The website doesn’t have any photos or descriptions of the dishes, but it could use both.
-The menu images on google are old and outdated.
-When you order extra spicy online, you may not get it.
-White rice comes with the meal if you order a meal.
-When you want plain white rice but don’t know it’s included and request it ordering plain fried rice (which is somehow different than fried rice?), you may instead get fried rice anyway.
-Vegetable fried rice includes about a dozen pieces of carrots/peas and a strand or two of egg.
-The delivery minimum is a hefty $30.
Notes on our food for our future reference if we ever forget not to get them here:
Hunan chicken included chicken, celery, broccoli tops, baby corn, mushrooms, and lots of sugar.
Kung po chicken included chicken, green bell pepper, celery, large carrot chunks, broccoli “hearts” (stalk cubes), mushrooms, baby corn, lots of sugar, and peanuts.
We will probably continue to try different items like wings and egg rolls because we want to support it being here.

I am “Lucky” that this is the closest Chinese food to my house. Only thing I could ask is for smaller size options for rice/low mein. I really like it though because it’s good, fast, ready on time, and they’re nice. Hope they continue to do well

Top notch takeout. Ordered over the phone, picked it up less than 20 minutes later and it was all amazing. The beef and broccoli and egg rolls were the best
