The customer service was HORRIBLE I went here for my birthday dinner !! I ARRIVED First my guest arrived shortly after me so I waited to order SO WHEN MY GUEST finally did get there ! THEY TOOK HOURSSSS I MEAN HOURS MY RESERVATION WAS at 7:30 they didn’t come to my table until 9;40 we couldn’t even order drinks at the bar the girl stated we wait at our table to get our drinks !! SO ME AND my family ordered drinks they brought out our drinks in paper cups we asked why do we have this she stated she did not want to wash dishes because it’s only 2 of them tonight !! It’s just was a waist of time I asked for a lemon drop ! and she it wasn’t even a lemon drop she gave me a tiny baby cup !!!! THERE Presentation IS A 0/10 it was a horrible EXPERIENCE FOR it to be my first time going there on my birthday at that don’t come here you will be waiting hourssss for you to be served !

If i could give 0 stars i would. I made reservations for 7pm with the owner to host my birthday dinner. We (my dinner party) arrived at 6:50pm, because It was Raining i asked my bf to go inside & let them know we were here. They didn't know about my reservation so i asked him to call the owner, while on the phone he stated to me that they double booked & asked if i could move my reservation to Cities instead. I just wanted a nice intimate dinner with my friends, & cities was not the atmosphere i was going for, & i had my mind set on lamb chops. As i explained this to him, he stated he would have to cancel my reservation & he'll refund my money and hung up. He called my bf back, trying to offer a bottle and comp my meal at cities but again not the vibes i was going for. Because my party was 15 people It was impossible to find another restaurant to host at the last minute. Overall the experience was unprofessional & birthday was ruined.

My friend had a reservation for 7. They cancelled her reservation when we showed up because they had a private event scheduled for 8. My friend said they ruined her bday because she had this planned out for weeks. And on top of that, the place was empty.

I should not have paid $180 for 99cent canned green beans, dry, flavorless salmon ! Never got a refill. Had one glass of water for a 2 hour stay. The waiters were sweet don’t get me wrong but could not handle the crowd.He should shut down for a week or two, hire better cooks, more waiters, and try again. Very disappointed. I want my money back as well.

Definitely my go to spot if I want a great vibe. The bartenders give a generous pour. The food is delicious and well prepared. The host/owner is gracious and has great conversation. If you are downtown Main Street Steakhouse is worth stopping by you will not be disappointed!!

My family came here for a birthday dinner. Food was good for the most part but my dad steak came out medium well twice when he asked for medium. Seafood could use a little more seasoning as well. Our server Destiny was amazing! Please educate me…we got our receipts and were charged a state and a city tax. I asked the owner to explain both and he couldn’t and I proceeded to ask that one be removed and he refused. Nice place but I will likely not come back.

Both my husband and I had an appetizer of french fries and onion rings with the Boom Boom sauce, which was incredible! We both ordered the filet mignon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. His was absolutely perfect and mine was a little undercooked, but I’d rather have it undercooked then overcooked, easily fixed. The owner, Ashley, was very friendly and personable. Loved the 90s jams!

Food was really good. Service was ok, but beware of the 18% “service charge”. They then recommend a 20% tip that is based off of the meal total with the service fee included, which is kind of shady. As I said, the service was ok, but definitely not worth 38% of the meal cost.
