Canaima Venezuelan Food

The first time the food was good.. but they didn't give me the bills so I didn't pay attention and gave them another chance
The 2nd time the rancid cheese on the cakes and empanadas and again they charged much more than what it says on the cards
I don't like to argue but it was enough👍

I won’t be back staff not friendly at all when I arrived it was and lady behind the counter, engaging in a conversation with a previous guest, which was fine I waited. Another lady came in, didn’t speak, took my order overcharge me, which I didn’t say anything about I was like whatever then I sat down to eat my food she didn’t bring me my drink she didn’t greet me she just put my food on the table and walked off the food was mediocre. They don’t give you a lot for what you pay for so I definitely won’t be back.

What this place is doing is fraud. How are you going to tell me that they automatically charge tips? I would understand if I sat down to eat but no, I called the place to place a takeout order. My total came out to almost $60 for three things. No, gentlemen, you are sincerely overdoing it. Above, prices are already very high than they should be, they still want to take advantage of people. Anymore.

They treat badly, bad attention

Yesterday, November 14, I went to the restaurant, the food was good BUT THE ATTENTION was VERY POOR. THEY WERE IN A HURRY TO CLOSE, it was 2:40 pm. And they wanted me to eat quickly, I even ordered a hallaca and they told me that by now it would be takeout, which is why I didn't want it. The idea was to eat on site "as it should be."

This is an amazing place with real authentic Venezuelan food. The tequeños brought me memories of my childhood. The chicha is just spectacular! The empanadas are crunchy and filled with Venezuelan taste! The staff is helpful and welcoming.

The attention of Mechita and her team is very pleasant, always smiling. The place is very neat and every time I go I try a different dish, although my favorites so far are the patacón, the Club House, the Pizza, my son loved it, and the pastries are the best!!!

Kid-friendliness: Tequeños, arepas, pastelitos and pizzas are excellent options for the little ones in the house.
