The food is decent at best but the customer service is trash! They never answer their phone to spite having very few customers in-store. The guy at the window is more concerned with calling people by name than prompt & consistent service.If you have time to waste & want mediocre chicken… this is your spot.

I'm from New Orleans where the original Manchu is. It was a welcome surprise when one opened here in Richmond. The food is excellent and the staff is always inviting.
Decent food at decent prices. Very nice and attentive staff, though. People raving about the po boys here need to get around a bit more. In my opinion they weren’t bad for the price but the bread was a bit dry and both the shrimp and the remoulade lacked flavor.

10/10 Everytime. Nugs, fries and fried rice are the go to with mambo sauce. Cary out style restaurant. The staff taking orders are always friendly and professional even when the phone is ringing off the hook. Online ordering is also available. Parking next to the building is also available.

The fried rice isn’t the same but overall is still delicious and the owner is from New Orleans and he is such a nice person. He greeted us. Very well. Go try this place you will not regret it . great prices , good customer service and most of all good food and every time i go it's always consistent ! never have issues . the food is always quick and taste sooo good EVERYTIME. i usually get the 6 piece chicken and double cajun fries for my side . I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place ! go try its soo worth it !
