Food was disappointing to say the least. Minimal seasoning. Small portions. Showy and fancy menu but doesn’t live up to it. Left hungry after paying $95 without drinks for two small plain entrees and two iced teas. Really not ok

Lobby Bar is great, just remember that it is not the cheapest drink in Town but it will always be a good one.

I recently visited this bar, and while the place itself is quite nice, I had a disappointing experience with one of the bartenders. Despite repeatedly asking for a cup of water throughout my visit, my requests were ignored. It's important to note that the bartender's nail polish was not the issue; rather, it was his inattentive and dismissive service that left a negative impression. His lack of responsiveness overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable evening. The establishment is great, but the service from this particular bartender needs significant improvement.

While in this area of downtown Richmond for work a co-worker and I stopped in for coffee and to get some work done…. Staff was very friendly and the place looks beautiful. Like places like this where they update and renovate such older structures and make then useful and beautiful for today’s clientele!
Coffee was really good… Plenty of seating… They have a bar too and it looks like a fun place to be in the evenings!

We went in for a couple drinks on the rooftop and ended up staying for dinner at the lobby bar. It just so happened to be restuarant week and there was a a. 3 I was it was a a time for me to 1ew2 2menu with plenty of options for everyone. I would likely recommend stopping in if you're looking for a nice, quirky spot to eat. The skyline alone from the rooftop is the perfect setting to start a beautiful evening wether with friends or on a date. Big shout out to Earl the bartender!

Perfect place for our wedding! The event coordinator and staff were wonder and everything went so smoothly. Beautiful place for pictures and the food was spectacular. I would do the night all over again at Quirk! Thank you to Liz, Scott, Nicole & other staff members :)

Horrible experience in the lobby Bar Restaurant on Christmas Day. Half of the buffet food was cold and the waitress was never around and the restaurant was half empty. She was more interested in telling my party she was waiting to be off work so she could take the leftovers from the buffet home. The management is not responsive to issues and doesn’t seem to care as they did not respond to my contact with them. I won’t be returning for any reason.
The space is beautiful and comfortable if you can find a hostess to seat you, but unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. The staff, in general, is rude, annoyed by guests’ questions, and can’t muster a smile or helpful word. While there are always exceptions, the staff is the definition of bad Richmond service.

We loved this place for our Thanksgiving dinner reservation. Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were fairly friendly and helpful too. We loved the unique spin on a traditional holiday food. Definitely recommend coming here.

Such a fun hotel! Great experience overall and the valet, David, was phenomenal! It was great chatting with him at checkout and he helped to load all of our bags (for four people) with a smile. We will be back!
David was extremely helpful, professional and attentive to me and the needs of my client. Made my job easier working with the Edwards party and coordinating our needs. Also would like to shout out Jillian who was patient and extremely helpful as well. Keep up the good work.
This "Boutique" is not all everyone hypes it up to be. We planned to stay there Friday and Saturday Night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Sadly only three positives come to mind from our stay. The hotel was very clean. The lobby is attractive. And the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. At over $500 per night, I was expecting more. The room was not spacious. The bathroom was small, not enough room for 2 people. The bed was average comfort. The Artist Mural Room, as they call them, was nothing special and the art was a bunch of decals on the wall. To top it all off, the rooftop deck was closed for an event the night we arrived (bummed). Then on Saturday night our room card would not allow us access and when I asked the front desk, they said it was closed again. We took the steps up to see it and there was well over 100 people up there drinking and partying (apparently a wedding party took over the entire rooftop). My final issue. You would think for so much money, they would have done something for our 20th anniversary? Even just saying congratulations at check in. I mentioned it when I made the reservation and again when the concierge texted me the day before check in. Nothing... Save your money and stay somewhere else.
