Maple Street has good food at reasonable prices. Pay at counter and grab your drink. You'll know your order is ready when they call your favourite sports team or whatever the question is that day!

First off. Second time coming here and first time was a disaster. Making my coffee over a trash can. I pointed it out and bothered Custer service and manager were rude after I pointed it out. Second visit. Oder a coffee. Came right up and watched one guy stick his fingers in my sausage and gravy biscuit. Zero customers in the store. It took them ten min to make sausage and gravy?? This place is a complete joke. Gravy is insanely spicy. Gross

What an amazing place! Everyone laughing having a nice morning so engaging and fun. Great food my favorite brunch spot in Richmond. Charlottesville needs a maple st biscuit company.

food was good but not a lot for what you are paying for the price that was given I kind of felt a small side would be eligible not just the sandwich itself. only been one time so can't speak on other items but initial visit left with the feeling I could have gotten more for my money somewhere else.

Good niche cafe. Little pricey. Food was hot and fresh. Want to go back and try breakfast items.

I will first start this review off by saying the food was delicious. However, I have never waited longer for a meal as I did at this restaurant. We waited a total of an hour and 5 minutes for two biscuit sandwiches. After inquiring about our food twice, we realized we just had to wait it out. After 50 minutes, I inquired about a refund and was told our food would be out in "just a sec." It then took another 15min before the food got to us. Not entirely sure if we will return because the food was admittedly very tasty. The wait and customer service however, was not worth it.

Giving anything higher than a 1 star is being charitable. Awful experience. We waited over an hour for food that had no taste and was barely warm.

My food took so long I forgot what I ordered. Food finally arrived colder than my patience. Never ever again.

Went for my first time on Saturday. Didn't know about it at first, it's a little more timber and country than I'd usually go for, but I was happy to be wrong. They make the biscuits from scratch right in front of you and the guy who brought me my food told me the gravy is also made in the store! I had to come back on Sunday to try the Chix and Waffles, which was absolutely delicious. Crazy big portions and everyone was super friendly! Highly suggest checking it out!

The restaurant is really nice and I’ve heard from others it was really good however upon ordering our food I suddenly realized the absolute disaster I had walked into. I waited about 40 minutes for our food because of the obvious understaffing problem. Upon getting our food it was okay and although I don’t have any complaints about the food the drinks are a different topic. They never seem to be in stock of oranges and I watched as I ordered a latte and the person managing the drinks, instead of making a latte poured a shot of coffee and proceeded to fill the entire cup with milk… if you have cards on the side of the coffee machine to tell you how to make coffee you should know that a latte is not supposed to be made of milk. This absolutely subpar performance left me baffled. Stop spending money on the decorations and fix your restaurant.
