We order here a lot and the past few times the food has been all over the place...burned, little toppings, and maggots. I tried to speak to someone in their corporate office and was lied to and they did not do what they said they would do to fix it. Now I am your number 1 detractor and will tell everyone I can about this horrible disgusting place.

The pizza isn't bad - but delivery promised in 30 minutes - and an hour and twenty minutes later still no ETA. Was unpleasant when I called about where it was - and if/when it would head out (said 'good night' and hung up on me when I requested a refund).
If it ever arrives here - it's going to be cold - and I've already had to make a different dinner to feed my family.
I would not recommend ordering delivery from this store... not reliable. I will not order from this store again myself, and honestly will probably avoid the Marco's brand.

We ordered from here a few days ago and it was a waste of money. *Cinnamon squares were hard as a rock and completely inedible. *BBQ pizza had red sauce on it. *Got a Pizzoli for my son and the bread was so tough it was ripped apart as he tried to pull a bite away. *My salad was decent but let's be real, it doesn't take much to make a salad. The chicken we paid to be added on it was low quality. Rather of had John Soules Foods bagged chicken from Walmart.
It seemed like one guy was running the show in house and doing deliveries. The man behind the counter clearly was unhappy, having a bad day, or doesn't care to work there.
Will be the last time we order from Marcos.

This place consistently keeps getting worse every time I order from here and this was the last time Marcos. You suck. The pizza looked like a 3 year old made it, the ingredients were completely wrong in the pizzoli I ordered- there was no sausage in it and they put a whole jar of jalapeños in it when that's not even an ingredient listed. The steak and cheese sub was all bread and barely anything else and super tiny. It also looked like a 3 year old made it, and that's being nice. I barely saw any steak and it tasted like garbage. Everything did. Did you even try? Sheesh. You'll never see a dime from me again and I ordered pretty regularly until I realized how incompetent this place was. Don't make the same mistake as me. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We order from this Marco's all the time. Usually it is 4 star worthy. Tonight we ordered subs to be delivered. Usually it takes them about 15 minutes when we order subs. Tonight it took them 35 minutes to deliver. Not only that but the sub was sub-par, pun intended. I ordered steak and cheese with green pepper and onion. First it wasn't wrapped properly, both ends were open. It felt very light and when I opened it up there was barely any meat on it. I'm writing this review because on 3 previous occasions when we've ordered pizza they have forgotten to include a sauce cup that was ordered when it was clearly on the receipt. I'm tired of letting businesses slide when it comes to poor service and poor food quality.

My daughter seems to really enjoy their pizza. I can't eat it because of my limited diet, but it looks good. I was very surprised a chain was making good pizza. The online ordering process was easy to get through, and it was made in a timely fashion.
I've always had consistently great pizza and service from Marco's. It's my new favorite pizza place since I moved to the area. I do pickup since I'm so close and the order is always ready really fast. Service has always been friendly during pickup. I have absolutely no complaints.

Cheese Steak sub was AWFUL. Charge extra for ONIONS!? I ordered to pick up and when I arrived after 15 minutes they had not started making it yet! The onions I paid extra for were RAW NOT GRILLED. Sandwich was NOT HOT— BARELY WARM. They have a meatball sub which I would have liked but it was not on their online menu—which also lacks prices! I’d you’ve ever dared to try a subway Cheese Steak…this is even worse. Very disappointing. Stick to pizza Marcos.

The last two times were extremely disappointing. The pizza was made really sloppy. I ordered a large and the crust was about 3 or so inches big — pretty much making it all crust and like a small-medium pizza. I will not order from here again.

Easy ordering; fast delivery by Door Dash, although we still reheated pizza in an air fryer to bring it to temp, which we expect to do whenever we order food delivered. We ordered large thin-crust deluxe. Crust was horrible, no flavor and not crispy, even with air fryer. Good sauce, and we appreciated having a bit extra on the side. Toppings were find, although cheese was very salty and otherwise flavorless. We will probably try eating in place to provide a comparison, yet this was quite a disappointment.
