The food at El Barco was absolutely bomb! Everything was super fresh, and the flavors were on point. The guac was definitely one of my favorite things—so flavorful and made just right. I got the seafood pasta and shared it with my brother, and it was delicious. We also had the red aguachiles, which were so good. We tried a few different items from the menu, and honestly, everything we ordered was top-notch. Can’t wait to go back.
Must go, and then go again! Mexican seafood to die for - fresh and crazy awesome portions! We hosted our intimate wedding reception here on the patio - and everyone was raving about the food.
I'm changing my rating from 5 to 3, only because a couple of the dishes we tried where not terrible or else it would be less, this last visit was not good, the menu has changed and so has the flavor of the food, no idea if it's a different owner or chef, when I mentioned to the waitress that the ceviche didn't look or taste the same and she had no idea why I wasn't askingfor it to be removed from tab i just wanted to know why. It's claiming to be Sinaloa...
