The attached picture is our order. Notice it says no cheese. Not only was there cheese, there were two slices. The sandwich had to be thrown away because of it. The recipient cannot have cheese, and most McDonald's are able to leave the cheese off. This one? Not reliable at all. Notice the strawberry preserve packet? We received a packet of ketchup. This McDonald's seems to go in waves with their service and quality. We don't eat fast food often, and avoid this McDonalds whenever possible.

3/30/2022 @ 1:30pm Horrible horrible horrible! Worst McDonald's ever. Especially the drive- thru cashier, gave me a fking attitude and rolled her fking eyes in front of me after I kindly ask her please repeat one more time. Then asked for a manager, same s**** Looks like she hates her job and don't care about anything after I told her my concerns. Not even a simple apology. No body know what the F they are doing here. So disrespectful! AVOID

I had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal, it had very little sauce on it enough for a single bite worth of spiciness. What's the point of ordering the spicy chicken sandwich when you won't give me enough to enjoy more than one bite. Some of the fries were hot while the others were cold. They definitely need to step up there game on putting sauce on the sandwiches. Definitely would not recommend.

the food is good when they actually get your order right which is like 1 in 10 times. I repeat it every morning 3 times and it's still wrong which is so annoying, won't be coming back

Awful attitude from crew, food is just as expected. Time was just as expected. If crew does not want to be ask for napkins, then they should have them available.

I'm not sure what's happened but this is the first time I've had an issue with this location. I just went at 2pm and there was only one car in front of me...for some reason my fries were nearly cold and the sandwich was tepid. Very odd.

I try to give people a chance, but I have to write a review because it's not that hard to listen to a person and take their order. I work in the area and used to come here often. However, I've stopped coming because of the service. It flat out sucks. Can never get my order right as if I'm speaking a foreign language. I ask for egg and cheese only mcmuffin you give me a biscuit or give me a ham, egg and cheese mcmuffin. I cant understand how hard it is to take someone's order and process it. Sorry but this place just overall sucks. Don't get me wrong it's a few good workers here but overall as a team, trash.

One of the worst McD's. Not only they often mess up my orders, gave me the wrong sauce, or not give us straws for the drinks, the rude manager Maria also tried to overcharge me. A few days ago I placed order via drive through, when I got to the payment window they had lost my order, so I repeated the order but they keyed in the wrong item (I ordered double quarter pounder meal and they keyed in quarter pounder meal). After we got the order and saw it was wrong, I returned to drive through and the girl at ordering station told us to go directly to the order pickup window. Once there, Maria came up to the window and was very rude in demanding to see the receipt, which I gave to her and told her they took the wrong order and we wanted a double quarter pounder instead of single. She never apologized for messing up the order but very rudely told me I have to pay extra which I was totally fine with. Then she proceeded to demand $2 which I told her is not right because the difference between the 2 meals was not $2. Based on my old receipts from before I know the difference was $1.5 or less, even with taxes it was under $2. She argued with me for at least 5 minutes and finally gave in and told me $1.60, which was still a little high it I was too tired to argue over a few cents at that point so I just paid, and she would not give me receipt for the $1.60 I paid. Then instead of making us a fresh burger (as most eateries would when they were the one that messed up) they just stuck a piece of cold patty into the now cold burger I had. I stopped going to this place and ended up going to a McD 5 minutes down the road after that and guess what, their service was much better and their price on the double quarter pounder is 70 cents cheaper on the exact same meal, same size. Wish I had switched to the other location much sooner.

Do yourself a favor and don't ever come to this location. Staff are rude as f*ck. Order is always wrong (simple stuff like no pickles) and SHOCKER: ice cream machine is either broken or in "warming mode" (?). Hours aren't updated and they close before they should, they were there but let us sit in the drive through before we said "hello" and they rudely said "we're closed". No thanks.

So first things first, McDonald's is McDonald's. When it is done well, it actually can be a decent experience (hot food, quick & quality service, reasonable prices). And when its done, ehhh, this is what you get. Okay, but if the line across the street at Hardee's is any indication, that may be a better option.

On 3/15/2020 i went to the McDonald's on Midlothian Tpke across from chesterfield town center to order from the 2 for 4 menu. I order two bacon ,egg,cheese ,on a McMuffin instead of on a biscuit and they flat told me that it cannot be done. I would have to take it on a biscuit. I explain is just a swap of breads. They went to confirm with the manager on duty by the name of Cooky , whom said that according to store manager it can't be done.! This is not the first time this McDonald's don't follow the same protocol as other McDonald's in the area, last week I had a receipt for a buy one sandwich and receive one FREE of equal value and I wanted two double of fish sandwiches but as per store manager it could only be redeemed for a single fish sandwich NOT a double. Proof is attached , All McDonald's are not created equal. At this McDonald's you can actually have it your way!

I would like to agree with what Joseph J has said below - about charging for sauces. If there has been a change in the pricing, then it should be publicized by McDonalds. Each manager cannot randomly make their own rules. This truly bothers me when I am traveling the country - every location does their own thing. I consider that a negative for the McDonalds franchise. Joseph, thanks for mentioning it. Now, for my review: I was at this location last week, at about 2pm, no lunch rush, no crazy lines. The bathroom was filthy. Trash cans overflowing. Groups of employees were gathered, on break and supposedly on the clock, talking about the dirtiest mess/bathroom/vomit they have ever had to clean up. I had been sitting at a table for about two hours, trying to enjoy my food and get some work done, and one employee has been on a break the entire time, sitting at a table. If you are not on the clock, then do not be in your work clothes/uniform. Other crazy thing, with this behavior, the Regional rep (?) was there at the same time, and he made no comments about any of it to anyone. What is his purpose there?? If McDs needs a mystery shopper, I'd be glad to help.

Go to this MCD every Tuesday morning with a small group for Breakfast and senior coffees. Food comes out fast, coffee is alway good. Joyce the cashier, Tanya floor manager do an excellent job of waiting on customers and refilling coffees when needed. Nice place to visit and eat, area cleaning lady does an excellent job on spills and keeping tables clean and fountain area sanitized.

This location has never let me down. Fries are ALWAYS hot and crispy, even at 10pm. Love it!
