The worst McDonalds in Richmond. I’ll only go here as a last resort. The area is dangerous, the staff is unfriendly and slow, and they usually mess up your order.

The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been in. Nearly EVERY person in the place (not just our party) had something wrong with their order. Ours was missing several food items plus all the drinks! Three of us ordered shakes only to be much later (when we got to the front of the line, again!) the shake machine was out of order! Would not issue a refund for the price difference from the shakes and sodas! Plus the fries were soggy, the burgers, fish sandwich and nuggets were not hot. The service was horrible, as were the bathrooms (gross). They had a full place of disgruntled/angry people.

Horrible experience every time I come here. The sweet tea I ordered had mold at the bottom, which I didn’t notice until after I took a nauseating swig of what tasted like mold water. Spat it out immediately. This location FREQUENTLY forgets items, the food preparation is abhorrent, even for a fast food restaurant, and the customer service is TERRIBLE. Whoever the manager is at this place should be fired and never work in the food industry again.

Drive thru open 24 hrs? Bro please…pulled at 4 to 2 loud voices yelling “we closed!!!” as they head out. Cool, just update your stuff so I don’t waste gas smh.

Came into this location today at 11:08am and could not put in an order! There was not a line inside and when someone finally acknowledged my presence, I was told to use a kiosk. So instead of just taking my order while the employee was standing there, I was told to use the kiosk to type in my order… My issue is that I don’t work for McDonalds but I am expected to place my own order and then pay for it! I know some people will ask what the problem is but it is because a lot of people have been conditioned to accept large corporations making us do the work and pay for it. If McDonalds gave a discount for using a kiosk, I would have no leg to stand on but they are squeezing every once out of us for profit. The low rating of this location is warranted. And just for reference, I don’t use self-serve lines in other stores for the same reason. Why should I pay increasing prices while ringing up, banging and paying for my own groceries…..

Disgusting. Employees do not care smoking weed by the dumpster have another customer my order because she was getting off work and didn’t care and I had to wait half and hour for raw fries and just bad attitude talking on the phone etc just bad.

I had a very disappointing and honestly alarming experience at this McDonald’s. While waiting for my food, I saw an employee smoking a cigarette while working behind the counter, and shockingly, he put the lit cigarette in his pocket and continued handling orders. This is not only completely unprofessional but also a serious fire and health hazard.
On top of that, the bathroom was out of soap, which is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one serving food to the public.
Overall, this visit made me seriously question the hygiene and safety standards at this location. I hope management takes immediate action to correct these issues.

2nd time I've been here and second time my food's taken 30 minutes to come out. I think they lost the order both times as I needed to restate it to them after waiting.
Place is always packed with people waiting for their food. Bathrooms are a mess too.

Gabe the manager was horrible after sitting at the order speaker and watched two vehicles in the other lane pass through, I grew concerned that my speaker was not working so I decided to pull forward. Once at the window Gabe tells he cannot take my order and to go back through the line. Which made no sense because adding in my order wasn’t difficult due to the inside register still being open. This was unprofessional, disrespectful and he was very unapologetic.

I've lived in Church Hill for 5 years and every time we go to this McDonald's we sware it's the last. Something is always wrong. Today, the drive through was shut down and they made us wait before they told us to go inside and order and pay at the kiosk. In the past we have ordered and had to wait 30+ minutes. It's always such a a bad experience. Horrible.
