Oh. My. Gawd!! UNREAL how much awful this place really was. I would give less than one star if I could. Go someplace else!!

Despite the clearly questionable cleanliness (including staff) we placed our order at a kiosk inside the restaurant and waited for our order. We stood there and watched people come and go with their food. It was so miserable to stand there and watch kids with too much sugar and caffeine swearing at their phones loitering in one of only three tables to sit at and even worse, we watched the TOTALLY uncaring and unorganized staff not do their jobs!! They do NOT give two thoughts to anybody or anything!!! One of them clearly just shuffles about. We watched orders being delivered out of order, a sandwich placed in a bag and forgotten, and so much more. Door Dash/ Uber Eats and drive up were clearly given priority. ONE nice staff member had his act together and noticed that we were STILL waiting for our food after standing in the lobby for over a frigging HOUR!!!!! Then, they couldn't even fill our order! I was asked to accept a hot coffee instead of the iced one I ordered. Our bag of food was full of greasy handprints, but we took it in the hopes of getting some fresh, hot food. Our burgers were smashed and cold; the fries were awful. Not only were they not cooked all the way, but also cold and shriveled. Who wants to eat old, cold, greasy, smashed food? Unbelievably gross. So very sad!! 🤬🤬😭

The store is getting dirtier. Men's room was disgusting. The counter person was surly. The food was late. I ordered a mcflurrie but he forgot to tell me the machine was broken. I had to wait for the refund but gave up. McDonald's owes me $3.

Absolutely WORTHLESS employees and service. Management should be fired.
No thanks to the stupid “do it yourself” order/payment system (that did not work, take payment, or give a receipt) I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes, while person after person walked by me without even looking in my direction, let alone ask if I needed help. Fix your system. Don’t be cheap. Hire some decent employees, and train the ones you have… and for the LOVE OF GOD… get rid of the automatic digital tellers. We don’t work there!!!!

This place is so bad. I’ve been here sadly multiple times and I have never had my food done in less than 30 minutes. The food is never good and they’re usually closed because something’s wrong leaving me stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes to not get food. I’d rather have a burger king here

Im not sure how I feel about McDonald's food. I mean, I sorta love it. It's comfort. But it always makes me feel sad and gross.
Also, would it kill you to make a new jingle? You've been beating that 'I'm loving it' bs into our brains for twenty odd years now. Move on. Go back to that weird clown and make him sing something about cheese and innocence.

I’m with door dash. I went to pick up an order on 2/3/2025. The woman in charge was yelling at customers and people picking up orders. I asked if she could have someone help me get the Sprite that was with the order. She screamed at me saying “It’s in the bag!” I was curious because I’m new at DoorDash and the bag didn’t feel like it had a drink in it. I asked her one more time if she gave me the sprite because I had never seen them put it in the bag like that before she screamed at me repeating herself that the order was all there. This woman was very rude and started screaming again at customers while I was leaving. How do people like her get customer service jobs.

No matter what you do. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS. EVER. On two separate occasions, I have ended up waiting 90 minutes or longer after the staff repeatedly promised it would be ready soon. They have crazy wait times EVEN DURING off peak hours. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is often discombobulated and indifferent. In fact, the staff is so discombobulated you’ll know in your heart that the best thing for you to do is to hop on the grill. I repeat, NEVER GO HERE. EVER. ITS NOT WORTH THE GAMBLE FOR THE LOWEST TIER FOOD YOUVE EVER RECEIVED FROM MICKEY Ds. Go to Carytown instead.
