Never received my food after paying. I went through the drive-thru, paid at the first window, and was told at the second window that they didn’t have my order and to pull around to the parking lot. No one ever came out to my car and when I tried to go inside they had one door barricaded with a trash can and the both doors locked. When I knocked, I was told that they were closed although there were people at the counter inside (this was at 9:30am). All in all, I was there for about 30 minutes waiting on food that never came…

This place is the worst but it's basically the only fast food on this whole side of town. It's always dirty, service is usually nonexistent (use a self-service kiosk), they're regularly out of things, they completely quit serving ice cream months ago, and sometimes they just shut down for no apparent reason.

My husband and I recently stopped in while visiting Richmond. I don’t believe I have EVER encountered such RUDE employees in my life. We do a lot of traveling so I frequent different restaurants on a routine basis. I would not recommend you eat here because they don’t care if your order is correct. If you bring it to their attention and ask them to correct it they proceed to talk about you to the other employees right in front of you. It was frustrating and comical all at the same time. Nobody cares anymore, the whole root of the problem.

Experience was fair. The overall appearance and cleanliness of inside the restaurant is in need of improvement. Employees with lengthy hair do not wear hair nets as is required in the food industry. Food on the floor in the cooking area is a safety hazard to all employees.
