The best in Richmond on Southside order are place in a timely manner,very professional customer service n food taste like it prepared right,they don't mind bringing order out to car on time the one on hull st,they take for ever bring food out and no matter what you order you get small drinks,this the best my granddaughter what go no other one but the one on forest hill

So basically, I usually come here and it’s pretty good. I mean people are friendly and I get what I need but this morning I went on the app and tried to order a self-serve cone and the condescending lady in the drive-through after I gave her a code said that they didn’t have ice cream this early and it was too early for ice cream. If the app says it’s available it should be available and she wanted to get smart with me so I’m just giving one star all the way down definitely worth the effort to drive an extra five minutes and go to the one in Southside Plaza on Hall St., Road and Bell Boulevard Better Service and no one pretending like their physician giving you some sort of veiled rude comment about eating ice cream in the morning

Whoever was working drive through tonight at around 11 deserves all the praise and managers if you see this give him a raise and a thank you, seemed like he was doing everything and was super nice and chill. Made my birthday night give him a raise for sure

A really wanted to enjoy a frappe but it seems that I can’t even get one frappe blended throughly throughout the entire drink. I’m not very satisfied by the fact that every time I sip through my straw I have a what feels like a ice rock blocking the path of my frappe reaching my lips and the fact that I had to wait a few minutes isn’t an issue. My issue is even after the wait it seems that it wasn’t worth it the money or time so why did I crave something that I wasn’t gonna be served. Honestly don’t blame employees I know a machine makes them so with that said I’m blaming the manger for the fact that this wasn’t noticed though I wouldn’t doubt it I’ve seen mangers on their phones and not acting too pleased when to having to actually do their JOB. Isn’t this what they get paid for? So with that said I’d hope they be doing another routine check on this location.
